This place is decent. Service and staff are nice. I ate the baked rigatoni with meat sauce. It was unacceptable. It was very dry. Not enough sauce. It was sticky and chewy. It would have been better if they added sufficient sauce. They actually wanted to charge me extra just to have more sauce so that it wasnt so dang dry. On a positive note the breadsticks are good. Maybe other dishes are better, but I wont be ordering the dry rigatoni ever again, thats for sure. I still cant believe they actually wanted to charge me extra just for some more sauce because I thought it was dry. Thats terrible customer service, in my opinion.

Four of us went to this restaurant Sunday evening. Two of us had the Caesar Salad and spent the next two days with food poisoning. The girlfriend even had to cancel a flight for her Thanksgiving plans because she was too ill to make it to the airport. I missed a day of work, We have eaten here before and it was fine, but in the very least I will be taking a several year break and certainly caution others when considering this location. To top it off, the Caesar tasted mediocre and the service was just adequate.

Had Stonefire Grill cater a company event. The staff showed up on time, were very friendly, and even bussed tables after everyone was served. The food was delicious and affordable. I went in the actual restaurant for the food tasting and again, the staff was friendly and the food was great! I would recommend them and will book them again for the next company event. The last few times Ive been to this place Ive never been disappointed with the food. They seem to have a very efficient system in place in terms of quickly getting you your food in less then 10 mins after ordering. Due to this, they have a high turnover rate when it comes to the number of customers they serve in a day. Very reasonable prices considering the quality of food.

The meat here is great, but other stuff feels average to me. My hope was that the rest of their food would be as good as their meat. Atmosphere is very relaxed and loud (in a good way). Great place to bring kids as everyone there is expecting a little chaos. My 2- and 4-year-old ran around with their cousins the same age. No one seemed bothered.

“Great food, wonderful service” A group of us went to dinner tonight and we had a very good experience. We were in a private room, which added to the enjoyment of the meal. The main dining room was very noisy and crowded. The seafood tower was delicious as were the steak and side dishes. Our server, Erin, was very patient and very professional.

Really like stonefire. Last couple times my order has been incorrect. Boneless chicken had bone. BBQ tri tip with no BBQ sauce. Half slice of cheesecake was a third (manager fixed the cheesecake problem very well) but the time before that I hadnt noticed till I was home. Besides that the food is cooked very well when cooked accordingly.

Good food and service as always. Loved the bbq pulled pork sandwich I got. Wasnt a big fan of the find-your-own-seat system and people who hadnt ordered yet were sticking their purse or whatever at random tables to claim them. Gotta enforce someone being at the table or your full party there to sit down. Or just seat everyone...

This place has AMAZING FOOD!! If you want to goto a restaurant and actually get food that looks like the pictures that you see on advertisement and menus then definitely try here! My girlfriend and I have gone here 30+ times and have YET to find something that isnt simply delicious and the prices are very far for what you get!

Patio is pleasant, food is great but service needs to do some work in the communication department. Large party orders didnt come out right, management made things right in the end, but communication to the rest of the employees about a running bill for a party larger than 75 would have saved lots of time.

One of my favorite places to grab a meal if I want some steak! Their tri tip is excellent, breadsticks delicious, and caesar salad is super tasty. Service is always quick and staff is nice, and you cant beat the prices for their combos. Highly recommend for a laid back meal.

Place looks clean and big. We came in and ordered food. After an hour they totally forgot and didnt bring any food. It was closing time and they were asking us to leave. We explained we didnt get food and they retook our entire order. Still waiting..... For our food.

Had the combo platter chicken & tri-tip with garlic mashed potatos. Going back soon, it was yummy! Tried to flag down a waitress a few times during my meal but I had to get up and go to the front counter to ask for more bread sticks.

First off, the atmosphere, although a little on the old fashioned high end steakhouse, is wonderfully subdued allowing for easy conversation and a refreshing break from all the newer "open concept" noisy restaurants.
