I cant believe that this place only has 37 reviews! I was here for the first time on Monday about 11:30, there were nearly 37 people through the door while I was sitting there eating, the line extended out the door several times. They were a little less busy on Wednesday when I went back, Yes twice in three days. The food was amazing, and if youll forgive me, for being a typical guy, for a moment, the gals working the counter, are easy on the eyes, ears too actually. I highly recommend the pulled Pork and Tri Tip sandwiches. AND the Potatoe Salad.

I called in an order,simple stupid. When I arrived I was told to wait even though the order wad apparently ready. Complacent service boardering on rude. No napkins no utensils, and the tri tip was tough.....I was not impressed...an underwhelming eating experience. In good conscious I would not recommend Ranch Hand. Let me help the complacent waitress...you get paid by customers thats what keeps the doors open. To the cooks, if the.knife demonstrates a difficulty cutting the meat its tough.

I dont know why on earth anyone would give Ranch Hand a less than stellar review, because this place is great! The pulled pork is divine and the rolls are always fresh baked and delicious. Awesome mashed potatoes and lovely thick cut fries too! Theres another BBQ place in NP, and THEY have yucky food. However RANCH HAND is tops!

How did I not know about this place until today? It felt like I walked backward through a wardrobe and ended up in a magical land like Narnia, I was afraid if I left Id never find it again. No place in the area can compete, and very reasonable prices.

Food is excellent, but the staff that operates it is bad. Every time I have been there my food has sat at the ready window for Ive 15 minutes just waiting for them to hand it the 5 feet to me. This is whether they are busy or slow, doesnt matter.

This place has really great barbeque and if I was rating on food alone Id probably give it four stars. But the two star customer service leaves something to be desired nearly every time I go in - equating to three stars overall.

Good tritip sandwich but the sauce should be on the side and not on it, I think the regular sauce is too sweet like kissing a gummy bear, the service is always friendly and quick. Love the old pictures.

Staff is very friendly and food is prepared excellent. Wish they still gave out chips with your order like they used to. Those were bomb dont think you can even order them if you wanted to.

Canned beans, nasty pulled pork. Bread was shipped in. Really disappointing. Open up a can of Bushs baked beans and get some hormel bbq meat for a similar, but cheaper experience

I decided to pay extra and get the onion rings, and it literally only came with 3. Ridiculous. The tri tip was ok at best. The coleslaw and mash potatoes were pretty good though

You know a tri-trip sandwhich is good when they meet is tender and you bite through it like better. I would definitely recommend the sandwhich with a side of mac n cheese.

This is not BBQ. This is re-heated Bushs baked beans, terrible pulled pork and the sauce is runny. Save your money and go somewhere else.
