I personally work in the mall so I am in the food court frequently. Seeing workers playing on their phones (i have never seen a time with a worker not playing on their phone tbh), in front of customers or one on the phone standing around while one takes an order. An example today was the cashier was doing her job and the other worker was snap chatting right next to her and basically in her face with her phone with a customer standing right there. Pay a little extra attention to the food and the customers than your phones and youll get somewhere.

Got a double bacon cheeseburger. Bun was burnt, some fries were burnt. Skimped out on the bacon. Jalapeños were available upon request, did not request but they were on my burger. And it was 12 bucks without a drink! Better off going to McDonalds.
