I went online to search the telephone number or the Pizza Hut in my neighborhood. I spoke with a young female who took my order for the $10 pizza special, with all the toppings; ordering for pick-up. Wouldnt you know it, when I got there a young man looked at me nervously while I was waiting. He asked my name and acknowleged immediately that they knew my order was not ready. The female I spoke with on the phone (I recognized her voice) came out and acted very suspiciously and shook her head saying "we dont have your order." I asked for the manager and she barely spoke engish and did not do anything but check the computer for my telephone number, which was not even entered into the system after I gave it to the female worker over the phone. I was livid that I was treated that way; as if I had IMAGINED the order. I traveled about 4 miles one way, although it is the closest Pizza Hut from my home. I agree with the previous review. This store is grossly mismanaged, and filthy at that. In al fairness, the so-called manager offered to make a pizza, but for me, I could never trust people like that with their hands on my food. That chick KNEW she took my order....they say dont sweat the small sfuff but this was too much. I spent my money at another pizzaria. I will never go there again.

Im so mad, I ordered a pizza online with garlic sauce. I got to pizza hut, I was paying for my pizza and the cashier didnt bothered to tell me that they made my pizza with a different sauce i realized it once I got home. I called pizza hut very upset and the guy just wanted to give me store credit when I wasnt going to eat the nasty pizza they made. I was upset that I told them I would drive to drop of the pizza 12pm for the fact I wasnt going to eat it. I was so upset I was looking forward to my pizza, the man called me back saying he would refund my money and I could keep the pizza. I was so hungry I only ate the crust of one slice my hubby did too since it was the stuffed crust. I threw away the rest of the pizza. Thats the only thing we ate together on Friday night, sat night comes and I leave work early cause I feel sick it gave me and my hubby the stomach flu spent the whole Sunday in bed in pain and throwing up. Still waiting for my refund, Im no longer buying pizza from this location.

Horrible Service. Dont need to find cigarrettes puffs in my pizza!!! I ordered for carryout, unfortunately I picked it up in such a rush that I didnt check the pizza. Got home to find the pizza with a cigarette puff in the box. I went back to the location, the manager with a very bad attitude said that no one smokes there. Totally made me feed like I had put it there. I had not even gone there with a bad attitude, but I definitely thought this issue needed to be brought up, her attitude make me so upset, I told her that I just wanted a refund. She refused to give me a refund, and instead gave me store credit. Why would I continue taking my business there? I was so disgusted with the pizza, but even more disgusted with the horrible service.

On 6/11/2010 I purchased a pizza and wings over the phone. The blonde (Russian/Armenian) girl that picked up the phone sounded like if she had a potato in her mouth... I had to guess what she was saying. When I got home, the wings were unusually spicy, I called her and told her that we order wings every week from them and I asked her if she could exchange them. When I got there, she was almost screaming at me saying that I ordered those wings and that all wings are like that. I told her that she shouldnt treat customers like that, I left the spicy wings and an extra $11 for the new ones... Ive been spending almost $30/week at that pizza hut... From now on, Ill start eating Dominos pizza.

This Pizza Hut has terrible customer service. When I called about a promo I saw on the television they didnt know anything about it.They put me on hold. Once they found the promo they tried to charge me extra money. When I informed them of the mistake they put me on hold again. When they finally got back on they said they were sorry, that they fixed it and I asked to speak to a manager. They put me on hold for a third time. When I did finally speak to a manager he was as ignorant as his employees. He didnt know his store number. He wouldnt give me any information about where to complain and he was rude. Next time, I order from Dominos.

I dont what you guys are talking about. The food always tastes great theres always great service. I was standing in line waiting for my order one day when a woman was screaming at the worker saying her order was wrong. She couldnt stop calling him names and said they were all stupid. Some people make mistakes but that doesnt mean you have to treat the emplooyes bad. Some people just want food for free!!!

They always have my online order ready when I come to pick it up. Today, I ordered stuffed crust but they didnt have any available. To fix this, they tried to call me (I didnt pick up) and then when I arrived to pick up, they were very apologetic and offered to make it right with a discount or a free item. The Mgr knows how to keep her customers happy!

In a strange way I like pizza hut. I love all the pizza types Ive tried more than 6. Ok maybe Im a junkie food lover, but Pizza Hut is tasty to me. The staff is ok too!
