Been there on my trips back on the West Coast and this is my go-to place to hit up as soon as I land. This place and In N Out. This place is very easy to overlook but serves, hands down, the best Mexican food Ive had. Their tacos are out of this world (and crunchy!) and I love this place. The entire establishment is modest, divided in two, the first part being a mini-mart and the second part where you can order food and eat. They have a few tables, about 10 or 15 and the atmosphere has no frills, which is fine by me. Just let me enjoy my tacos. Prices are low, and the food comes out quickly. Im actually headed back to Los Angeles in just over ten days and my mouth is watering at the tought of hitting up this place again a couple of times on my trip. I could easily have breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Its awesome!

Been going there for years, unfortunately I was asked not to bring my Disabled Veterans Cycling Group there because we didnt spent enough money(approx $20-40 per visit) and the cost for them was to high for us to use their bathroom. I was under the impression it was for customers but not for us. No we just keep riding through and stop in Camarillo. Our Active Duty Military Riders dont go there anymore either.

this place will never be the same its all white washed now i remember going there since I can remember and everyone greeting me and everyone knowing my name now that Im older I walk in there everyone is all serious and everything is all plain and dull there is no more soul in there

This is an historic little "hole in the wall" place in Somis with authentic Mexican food. It use to be thee place for the best Mexican food. It went through some changes in ownership and had some obstacles, but it seems to be getting good again.

The food was delicious but the cashier was rude. It was 2:10 when we order our food she reminded that she closed at 3pm , and she again told us they closed at 3pm and it was 2:45. We werent finish and we were well aware of the time.
