Just to start off im a fairly nice person who is very forgiving....but i have never walked out of a place EVER... 17 minutes into it we dont have drinks, food, or even anyone to talk to..i understand if its busy but there were only a couple people and two ladys who work there in the front just talking. At 20 mins we finally get bread from a man who didnt say one word to us. So i gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he didnt speak english or was busy. 25 mins and we saw a table infront of us who was there longer barely get there 3 waters and leave for another 5 mins....at that point 30 mins of my life was wasted. Very sad to say but not recommended unless you dont mind withering away like a dead flower that hasnt been watered in ages. I dont like ending negatively so, on a positive note, if you dont mind waiting 30 mins there bread balls are fairly good. Compliments to the chef.

*AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR YOU MIGHT BREAK YOUR TEETH* Used to order delivery once a month from Pizza Nova until I cracked multiple fillings on a ROCK in a pizza. The ROCK was about 1/2 the size of a jellybean. I heard a loud crunch noise as I bit down and caused several $ hundreds in dental damage. I called Pizza Nova immediately because the rock appeared to be from inside their wood fire oven. The host on the phone was unable to get a manager to speak to me, but assured me I would be called by a manager. No manager ever called, I never received a single apology. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I was given no reassurance that they would inspect their oven. The dental work was painful and extremely expensive. *DO NOT EAT HERE*

The food was pretty good. But our waitress with blonde wavy hair was horrible. She was really slow on refilling drinks . She brought three diet cokes instead of dr peppers. We asked for calamari and the waitress didnt being it till the end and it was over cooked and cold. We asked to split the check and she wouldnt and made us write down what we wanted on the card. I will go there again defiantly if we have a different waitress .

The food here is great, especially the pizzas and the Pasta Nova. There is gratuitous use of capers in some dishes, which I think some people dont like, but I think theyre good. I go at least once ever two months, and I wouldnt keep coming back if I didnt like the place.

Fresh, everything you would want from a classic pizzeria (smell and taste) emojicon of happy face licking lips goes there... Surprisingly epic crust, a la stylo of the primo bistro, good job and aesthetics of cool kitchen as icing on cake.

First the complementary Garlic Knots are fantastic. The pizzas are always perfectly cooked with a well-spiced crust. Not to mention there is a great view right on the marina.

Thin crust NY style pizza at its finest. Good, crisp dough. Had the pesto, pepperoni and white pizza. Friendly service. Slices and whole pizzas sold here. Lunch deal too.

Love the spicy chicken wrap w/ pasta are very good, choped salad is yummy. Garlic balls good. We tried pizza was just ok nothing special. The service is very good

Food is so-so at Pizza Nova. I was not impressed with their pizzas. For pizza lovers check out Pizza port off the 101 across from the Solana Beach Amtrak station.

A + atmosphere. Theres a full bar here and the locals are a lil snobby. Pizza is moderately priced with many gourmet options.The Outdoor patio is great
