Normally, I love JaFangs. However, my most recent experience was terrible. I ordered the food online: pizza, calzone, potato wedges (and I prepaid, including a tip, because I am usually really pleased with their service), and it took over an hour before it was delivered. When I finally got my order, everything was either barely warm or straight up cold. The pizza was dry, the spinach in the calzone was definitely not fresh, and it was just all in a very sorry state. Everything, especially the calzone and potato wedges, was very mushy. Against my better judgement, I ate some of the food and my friend and I immediately felt sick. We just threw out the rest. The quality of this experience was enough to seriously make me reconsider ever going to JaFangs again. While I hope it was just a one time experience, but I rather not risk such terrible service and quality again. Thankfully, there is no end to other pizza establishments.

Just ordered for the first time today. I was skeptical, but told myself to try the pizza joints in my area. I usually order from Marcellos, which has great deals for pick up and great pizza. Last week I wanted delivery so I tried NY Pizza on University and it was ok. This week I got a flyer for Jfang Pizza and it looked good. Read reviews online and everyone reccomended it. So I placed an order for 3 $5 pizzas free delivery. The order taker was super nice and helpful. Did say it would take an hour, which I was ok with. Well, 20 minutes later I had a friendly delivery driver bring the best pizza Ive ever tasted super hot, loaded with cheese and toppings. He even brought me cheese, peppers and napkins. My 2 year old daughter kept asking for more and more. New #1 fans were earned tonight!

The new ownership lacks in almost all areas. Jafang Pizza has only gotten worse in quality. Today, I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. It was delivered after nearly an hour and a half (was told it would take 45 minutes). My negative experience doesnt stop there. Once the pizza finally arrived..it was burnt to the point that it was not edible, the "BBQ chicken" was black and charred as well. Terrible experience and terrible compensation from the management.

Five stars for food... Bruschetta, Aglio y olio, squid ink pasta, gnocchi... Tiramisu and free(!!!) panacotta... If you order these things, youll have an excellent meal. Three stars for wait time. This place was busssssy and ppl dont seem to want to leave... Gotta really enforce the 2 hour seating time! And 4 stars for service... Smooth, friendly, and complimentary bites fr ppl at the door (though sitting down on time would have been preferred)

Got a pregnant wife and it was sunday night/monday morning 1:30 am and pizza was needed in her mouth asap! Was thanking the Gods when I saw that this place was open till 3am, drove there and it was 1:35am and every little store in that shopping center was open execpt for this much needed pizza joint. Who knows what time they close....i dont care..never going there again.

Horrible everything. Service is outrageously inexpeienced, the food is bad, go buy a better pizza at Costco. The restrooms are normal I guess.... And the entire place really needs new ownership Or a new name. Honestly it sucks and I advise everyone to run fast and run away from this place. Epic fail of a pizza place. FAIL!!!!!!

This is the best kept secret in Riverside. The staff and the customers treat you like family and then theres the food - OMG. I waited more than an hour and a half to get my pizza. The food is good, but the waiting time is ridiculous. Also, when I called to follow up with my order, the employee had no idea what was going on. Bad service!!!!!!!
