I WENT THERE FOR LUNCH IT WAS GOOD BUT THE SUSHI WAS WARM ITS SUPPOSED TO BE COLD. I TRIED CALLING THEM BUT THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER ONLINE I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY WARM SUSHI AND I AM A SUSHI LOVER I PROBABLY WONT GO AGAIN. THE WORST PART IS HE MADE IT INFRONT OF ME AND HANDED IT TO ME IT WAS FRESHLY MADE THAT MEANS THE THE INGRIDIENTS HE USED WHERE WARM AND WHEN RAW FISH IS WARM ITS A BIG NO NO IN HEALTH AND I KINDA FELT SICK AFTER AN HOUR. THEY NEED TO CHECK THERE REFRIGERATION TEMP. I WISH I COULD OF CALLED BUT SINCE I CANT I HAVE TO POST A REVIEW HOPEFULLY THEY FIX THIS PROBLEM. ONE STAR JUST BECAUSE IM NICE.......CV

after being a regular customer of Sarku Japan for years, i was shocked to be refused more noodles after i paid extra. the tall cashier was very nice and polite but the filipino cook was the opposite. noodles normally cover the whole tray but this guy gave enough noodles that only covered half the tray. DO NOT GO HERE! go to santa monica or culver city. they dont skimp.

One of the rudest places in town. We got barked at for wanting to order food. I cancelled the order and walked away.
