Deviled Eggs ($5.95) are made with relish and topped with herb dust and bacon crumbles. One of my favorite comfort foods. The yolky filling is creamy with pickled relish flavor. Lightening up a touch on the relish would make it is less vinegary and not so chunky. Rating: 4.3/5 Bacon Mac n’ Cheese Balls ($7.95) are fried and served in marinara sauce. At first look, they look like arancini (deep fried risotto balls). The mac n’ cheese have a great cheesy flavor. The bacon adds a salty, smoky flavor. The hubby does not like mac n’ cheese but he really loved these. Rating: 4.5/5 Dragon Berry Mojito ($9) is made with Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum, fresh berry, simple syrup, mint, and lime. It tastes like an adult Shirley Temple with a tropical flair. It is very easy to drink and would pair well with any dish. The presentation is beautiful as well. Rating: 4.3/5 BBQ Pork Cheese Burger is a burger patty topped with pulled pork, cheddar, fried onions, house-made BBQ sauce and served with French fries. The pulled pork is tender and tossed in just the right amount of sauce. The burger patty is meaty and juicy. There is great taste in every bite. The French fries taste like In-N-Out with fresh cut potato flavor with skins on. Rating: 4.8/5 Clam Bake Pot ($24.95) is filled with clams, shrimp, mussels, andouille sausage, red potatoes, corn, and veggies in your choice of garlic lemon, spicy tomato, or lobster bisque (tonight’s choice was lobster bisque). This is true a melting pot of flavors but has more of a southern influence with addition of spicy andouille sausage. The seafood is cooked to perfection. The lobster bisque makes the perfect base. It would also be great with a side of rice or pasta to extend the use of the bisque. I took home the extra bisque and tossed it with linguine for another meal the next day. Rating: 5/5 Chocolate Lava Cake ($5.95) is served with vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. The cake itself is actually quite light, almost like a chocolate sponge cake. The chocolate lava inside is very hot and flows out when you hit its molten core. It is sweet and decadent – the perfect ending to a great meal. Rating: 4.5/5

This is a cute little place. Right across the street from the pier. Good selections on food and drinks. Lots of seating. Soda comes in a can, with no refills, unless its coke, sprite, or ginger ale. We got cokes. And they come in cute mason jar cups. We ordered the tempura zucchini. YUM! Comes with ranch, and a soy sauce based dip. I didnt care for that dip. But the hubby liked it. But those, dipped in ranch, are amazing! Why dont all places batter with tempura!??! I ordered the roast beef, or French dip sliders. Those are SO good! Amazing flavor! You get 3. Comes with horseradish, and the au jous. And a HUGE helping of fries. I got the sweet potato fries. They were ok. I dont know if I was full, and not in the mood for them, but I only ate a few. I wasnt feeling them. It was Wednesday, so they had half off battered and fried fish. Hubby said it was OK. But didnt love it. He usually LOVES fish. But wasnt feeling it. He said its good. But not great. He loved the regular fries. The coleslaw was really good. Im a bit picky when it comes to slaw. Bit I liked theirs. It was clean inside. The bar area was pretty busy. Its very loud inside. They had live music directly across the street. Even with the windows open, we could barely hear it. It was super busy inside. Our server was attentive, and friendly. Even smiled! (You dont see a lot of that these days). She checked on us often, and refilled our drinks. Its a great spot. You got good food, and a great view, and atmosphere.

This was busy place. I had passed it for a while, then funny thing one day I say it on mystery diners. My recent visit was good. Very busy place. Ordered the Salmon sliders it came with the hangouts special fries? They were just fries, really no different than any other place. Would recommend this place, definitely casual. When I was seated, at first I thought I was forgotten, the server asked what I wanted to drink, dont think she realized it but she kind of gave me a face when I said water and diet coke, but that is what I wanted. It was a while before my water came and then about 10 minutes later when the soda came, then requested my order. As I said it was a busy place. The server was very friendly! When she was not around and tending to her other tables another person was checking on me, mostly because I think it was noticed I was sitting and waiting a while. Definitely go check it out. Give your own opinion. You will enjoy it.

This place is great. The food was delicious and didnt take long to reach our table. The bloody Mary I had was damn good too. They load that thing up with things to eat off it. Lol. Only probably was the waitress wasnt very knowledgeable about their beer selection. We wanted to do a tasting of their blondes and the waitress told us they didnt have enough blondes for 4 tasters. We looked and board list and could tell she was wrong but did not correct her and just ordered the ones we wanted. Not a huge deal but disappointing. The overall experience was good though. I would not recommend this place if youre looking for quiet or a place to talk to your lunch date. The bar regulars keep it loud and interesting.

Local hangout right across the street from the ocean, so nice views. We usually come here for breakfast, so my review is solely based on that. Good bacon and biscuits and gravy. If you prefer sweet, the bread pudding french toast is very good. Bring a jacket, and prepare to have a/c blowing on the side of your face every minute of your meal. We were there on a day when it was 62 degrees out. Instead of blaring the air conditioning, they should have opened the windows. There were several people complaining of this when we were there, and the staff didnt seem to know how to solve the problem.

It was definitely a happen place, very busy and despite all the customers, there service was excellent. A bit loud, but obviously expected for its popularity and its krowd. My disappointment was with my order. I ordered the Eggs Benedict Florentine, made with spinach and tomatoes... the Hollandaise sauce wasnt what I expected it didnt taste up to par, but maybe its because the dish was not hot... it came to the table semi warm. Look, the place is overall a nice beach dinner. But probably best for its nostalgia... Ill definitely try it again sometime. Ill just pick a different dish.

Had a few hours to kill with my son so we gave it a try. I had the brisket sliders and my son had the BBQ wings. Both were really good but we asked for a side of BBQ sauce and they were somehow out, easily within one minute of the wings getting delivered to the table. I had a flight from their craft beer list which was great and of course the atmosphere was amazing with the breeze blowing off the ocean through their open windows. If it wasnt for wanting to try a variety of different restaurants as a tourist, I would definitely go back.
