Today I took my teenage girls to 2nd floor since we are in town on vacation. The only reason I took them there is because everyday there was a man standing outside advertising his great prices. We went in and were served by a red head nose pierced big chick just so you know exactly who served us. I had 3 girls with me each one chose the IZZY slider . It looked like the side was included. It wasnt. When I questioned the girl who served us where the 3 meals including fries would have been $12.75 as I questioned her realized her error she ordered the full size burgers . First who has an establishment that has the same f***ing name for their burgers as their cheaper sliders? My bill was ridiculous $75 . Im p***ed off . I feel I got my lips ripped off. When I questioned her she never came back out from the back . Word to the wise dont get ripped off . If you do go there pay attention to what your waitress is doing.

First waitress was great, but then they switched after her shift it went downhill. Took the guy half an hour to get our order. Not very helpful when asked questions. Went for unlimited shrimp on Thursday. Took over 40 mins for the first plate to come out. Was rude when ordering and even forgot an order. Their handwritten sign for the shrimp was $8.95 but we got charged $9.95. Not a big deal but when we told the bartender he immediately got upset and just went to his manager. It was a slow Thursday so dont really know what was up. I also agree that the guy outside yelling about deals is very annoying.

Top shelf all the way. 2nd Floor is not just another bar on Main St. It offers culture and class that OC lacks in so many ways. When you walk through the door you know your not just in another Surf/ Hawaiian themed establishment. 2nd Floor stands out in a sea of chaos. The staff is amazing fun and energetic. The food is sinful and with the full bar you can get just about anything you want to quench your thirst. I love this place...btw every day has a different theme and events happen weekly so friend them on Facebook so you know what your missing out on.

So I ordered a long island iced tea from the bar. When I got it, the taste was horrible!!!!!!!!! It tasted like a 5 year old just mixed random stuff together. After drink some of it my stomach started to hurt really badly. Tried drinking juice and eating a little food, but 5 mintues late I ended up throwing up twice from it. My boyfriend tried to talk to the manager of 2nd floor but she didnt seem to care. Then she told my boyfriend it was my fault for getting sick. I have been drinking for a couple of years and never had 1 drink make me feel so bad.

The bartender Diane, couldnt make a margarita if her life depended on it and then double charged for the undrinkable drink if I could give negative stars I would give five negative stars. The service was also incredibly slow and she forgot two other tables orders completely and had to come back and ask what they wanted again. Lastly, she had to read the menu to see what was in the drinks we ordered that were their specialty drinks. STAY AWAY!

We were seated at a table that was absolutely filthy. The hostess never gave us menus. The waitress took HALF AN HOUR just to take our food order. Its a Tuesday night...there is no excuse for such poor service. The food prices are expensive, so I would expect great service for the amount I paid for the food. I dont understand how the management can get paid for having such a poorly run place. Im never coming here again.

The place is good but one of the bartenders was so mean and provided such a bad customer service that made the place look really bad (So young, so angry) . Talked to the manager but she is so young that did not care at all. I feel that this one Asian bartender is making the good bartenders look bad. She should be train in real customer service but again it requires good management in order to improve.

The Food is exceptional here. However at $5 the draft beer was more expensive than other local pubs. The atmosphere is good, lots of TV screens around with sports on them. The help is really nice and efficient. Our problem was that when we got our Visa Bill we had clearly been overcharged $15 and we tried to resolve that with them but have not been successful yet.

I am only giving this ace 1 star due to our waiter, I have a 6 pound toy dog that I took to their "dog friendly" patio yet got asked by their manager to keep my dog quiet when he started barking when our food was delivered , he was doing what a dog does, an they should have told anyone that complained that instead I was told my 6 pound dog was being aggressive lol

Been here 2 times in the past few months both times Ive raved about the awesome food I had. I enjoyed the atmosphere at this place that it was super cool and a good change. Its not your typical bar food. The service has been good both times even when busy. I will definitely tell a friend and return to try something new on the menu. Check it out.

The food for the must part is pretty good. It takes a while to get your food. The worst part about 2nd floor is the service. Its such a bummer when you go on a night out and get treated like crap. Talked to manger and nothing was done. We have been to this place 3 times because we figured we would give them another chance, bad choice

Got drunk their on new years with my girlfriend. First she lost her wallet... and it was returned with everything in it... that same night she lost her phone. The phone doesnt work anymore but the fact someone gave the staff a iPhone amazed me. Good staff and good drinks. Some of the people suck but thats not unusual.

Came in for a Sunday brunch as they have a cat caller outside advertising for people to come in. The decor and local artwork for sale is awesome, the push for Sailor Jerry and throwback cocktails is also cool. It stops there. Slow slow service this day. Kinda expensive for what you get, both for drinks and food.

Awesome, great atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff. The food was great. For breakfast definitely get the "best meal" a little bit of everything. Reasonably priced to boot. My only complaint us that the biscuits and gravy couldve used more gravy. Ill for sure return to this place when Im in the area.

The waitress that served us our food was great. Had no problems with her.. Now the bar tender was a completely different story. She was crabby and seemed to be very stressed out. Come to find out shes the manager of the place. I can only imagine what its like to work with her. Can you say Cruella?

This is the go to place for my friends when we come to town. Friendly staff, dance floor and affordable drinks. They have a balcony but it has a 40 person capacity. If they had a fan above the dance floor, this would be 5 stars. Dress in layers because it gets really hot in here.
