I loved these guys right up until the time that they delivered the wrong pizza...twice. The first time I said nothing, the second time I did and they offered 30% off a future purchase and I accepted. Tonight I called in to use it and they claimed they knew nothing about it and told me that if it doesnt pop up then they cant honor it, regardless of the fact that I have ordered at least 30-40 pizzas in the last six months. As a widowed father of three young kids, they were often my saving grace. Not anymore. They were rude and acted as if I were trying to pull a fast one. That is not the way to handle a regular volume customer and it certainly isnt worth losing my future business over. I will now take my business elsewhere and as a third generation Santa Rosan I wont hesitate to tell everyone and anyone who asks to stay away from Pizza Guys and to take their business anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. Not sure if they recently changed owners but the pizza that was delivered was the wrong order. When I called to complain the owner/manager told me it was my fault because I ordered online. If he was following what the order said we wouldnt have been delivered two pizzas instead of one - both were the wrong order. If you are going to order from these guys make sure you call them because they do not care about making anything right. They just want your money. I paid $37.89 for food I couldnt even eat. Not to mention they didnt even want to fix it. I had to hang up on the guy because he told me it was my fault. On a good note - I used to order from them and the service was great. Very polite delivery guys - its just the manager that stinks

Deceptive advertising offers free soda/ice cream with $18+ pizza order. Manager refused to honor the agreement because my "pizza order" also included breadsticks. Argued with me about it rudely and claimed if he gave free soda to everyone who spent $18 he would have to shut down the store. Got home to find I had none of the ranch dipping sauce I ordered for my breadsticks.

Pretty basic pizza joint, but the food is good for the price. Nothing in particular to write home about, but the one time they kinda mucked up my order they kicked in a free soda, so that was nice. Its certainly more affordable than other pizza joints on this side of town, so if youre on a budget this is a good bet.

I really like their pizza because its affordable, they offer good specials, and it tastes good every time. I order mine with a thick crust and ask for it to be cooked extra crispy. The staff is very polite.

Delivery took over an hour and I live less than a mile away. Pizza arrived cold and greasy. Poor customer service on the drivers part. Did not feel appreciated. Felt like I was a burden to the driver.

Every time we make a delivery order it has some issue. The pizza used to be our favorite in town. Now??? Well look at this mess? AND they refuse to give refunds. Will not being using this company again.

Great service! The Combo pizza is our family favorite so we order from here often. I always get a friendly greeting, like they know exactly who I am when I call to order. Great pizza place!

Always has coupons and deals, carry out over $15 I believe you can get a free 2l soda or ice cream, pizza is good here but expensive if you dont have a coupon
