I ordered a pizza online using the eat24 thing. I wanted to order the gluten free crust, which I saw on the menu, but when making my order I did not see the option. I thought I would select everything else and then try to find out how to get the gf crust but then I forgot and placed the order. I realized only 5 or so minutes later and tried to send a note using the eat24 app. Then I got nervous that the note didnt go through and decided to call (I have a bit of a phone phobia, which is why online ordering is great!). I called and explained the situation but the guy said it was already in the oven and went to get the manager. The first thing the manager said to me was, "we will make you the gluten free pizza but we just wasted a whole pizza so you have to pay for both. Also, the vegan cheese is really expensive, so we wasted a whole pizza. Next time make sure you get your order right." And finally I got a chance to speak and told him that I wished he had talked to me before "wasting a whole pizza". The last thing I wanted to do was waste food, I was just trying to see if I could change my order, but it was too late. So he said, "so you want both pizzas? We already started making the gluten free pizzas!" I told him I would take both pizzas so I paid an additional $22 for the gf pizza. Then I got off the phone and cried. I dont like being yelled at by strangers. Also, I got charged $5 on my original order for the gf crust that I already paid for over the phone because of the note I sent to eat24. The pizza was only okay. But most of all, the manager, Abdul is a big meanie.

We have had one good experience and one bad, in that order. First time we ordered I was stoked. The food was delicious, the delivery was quick and friendly. Today was different. Our delivery was quick and friendly. Kudos to the nice delivery dude. The food was.....it just was. First I handed out the pizza to my kiddos. At which point my 6 year old daughter pulled a long red hair out of her mouth. We all have short to mid length blonde hair in this house, so I know it wasnt one of ours. We ended up finding three more just like this one. I called to let them know. The manager said he could send us a new pizza, or comp one at a later date. I wasnt asking for a new pizza. I was calling to let them know their staff needed to check themselves. Regardless, the pizza we ordered was tossed. I decided to make a quick leftover meal for us and eat the Caesar salad we ordered. Last time we ordered the Caesar as well. That time it was flavorful, crisp and tasted freshly made. This time the salad was bland and I couldnt even taste the dressing. No lemon. No anchovies....nothing. Then I bit into a crouton. It was stale and had a mildew taste to it. Which as was so gross. Stake I can deal with if I have to, but for a boxed (not house made) crouton to taste stale and mildew/moldy. We threw the $6.99 salad away as well. What a waste of money, and time on a busy school night.

Ordered via Yelp online. What an amazing and easy partnership! You can even tip via your order online and give special directions if your house is hard to find! The food and delivery were all perfectly acceptable or "A-Ok" in Yelp rating. Ordered the recommended Nostra Combo pizza, it had good meats and veggies, and two salads, the caprese and ceasar. The pizza was good but not anything overly impressive and the salads were fine but equally unimpressive. I will admit some of it may be lack of presentation when you order in and dont get their restaurant experience. For the prices I wanted more. And they forgot a side that was included in my order. It is a great neighborhood place and they are one of the companies that make it easy to order in from online or the phone. They send out fliers within their delivery range so you always have a menu. If this was a 1 $ sign I would probably give it a 4 star but for this price range I would rather order something else next time. If friends want pizza delivered sometime I will certainly give them another chance but on my own Ill seek out something new.

Mediocre pizza. Be warned, their "crispy bacon" topping is TURKEY BACON. They cant be bothered to tell you this when you order but they use no pork. When I phoned to complain about the awful-tasting, rubbery turkey bacon, the person answering and then the manager were rude and condescending. I was told that no one has ever complained about their "bacon" before, which is completely unbelievable. Bacon is pork. End of story. The manager went so far as to tell me, "Maam if you were so concerned about the bacon being pork, you should have asked about it when you ordered." Yeah, can you imagine? Should I also ask if your sauce is tomato and if your crust is wheat? Hey, is your cheese dairy? What an infuriating conversation.

I am so pissed. Plain and simple this is what happened: After the delivery guy left, I saw that they got my order wrong. And after calling them they guy on the phone was very rude. he said something on the lines of "its just your word vs. my word" and tried to man-xplain to me how it was "impossible" that they got the order wrong. Even when we were polite, just trying to get our pizza, they were being total jerks. Just wow, I am totally shocked. Worst customer service training ever. I am a long time customer that will never come back. We all have our bad days, but why take it out on me? You are the one that made the mistake. I am totally pissed, never ordering from here again.

Do not ever get delivery from this restaurant! I urge you to take this warning seriously. I will be speaking to the manager asap but watch out for one of their delivery drivers. My wife had ordered from this place to try it so she ordered it online, I figured she had included a tip in the credit transaction. So when I answered the door to get the pizza, he started talking about the tip and saying "you know its not mandatory but youre supposed to tip, its not online its in person" I let him know that I had no idea because I wasnt the one who ordered it. Then he told me "its no big deal...Ill just get MORE from you next time!" and walked off.

Decent pizza if you can wait the quoted hour and 15 minutes... oh wait I meant almost two hours for the failed quoted time. Almost every time they apologize for being late and it usually takes almost 2 hours. The people on the phone are generally no help and act like they dont even want to take an order from you. The delivery guys are nice enough but they know youve waited so long youre about to burst. These guys should just admit defeat and stop delivering. If I want pizza from them I could walk 3 miles there and back before they could deliver it to me somehow.
