Round Table Pizza was wonderful! The took my complex 3 pizza order and delivered it in 25 minutes! Very pleased with the customer service and the delivery person was kind enough to call when they werent sure which suite the delivery was going too, and offered to bring in parmigiano cheese and red pepper packets in with him. Thank you Round Table Pizza for saving the night. I called several pizza places that were closer, but one put me on hold and had not returned after 30min., another one didnt even pick up the phone, a 3rd picked up but we were out of their delivery zone, a 4th deliver, a 5th didnt have a phone number listed. Than I saw Round Table Pizza and thought, "Ive had really good pizza there, Ill call them." They picked up the phone quickly. They didnt have to put me on hold. They do delivery, very important, as I was at home with a sleeping baby and I was trying to get some dinner to my husband who was at work, as well as his coworkers. They are so close to meeting a deadline for work, they just needed to eat so they could finish up the project and have it ready on time. Grateful that Round Table Pizza was so wonderful. They said that the delivery would be under 40 minutes, it was 25 minutes! Super impressed. Those guys were hungry and I hated to make them wait. 25 minutes was super fast. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We will stick with Godfather pizza from now on. We usually order from GF pizza because its consistently great pizza for a fair price, but occasionally my husband and I like to have a different quality pizza experience. In the past, we splurge for a top notch pizza from Round table - paying the big bucks and it was worth the price, but lately it’s really gone downhill!! It seems to be ran by kids. The last two orders are not done correctly, Bread sticks limp, greasy, and not cooked thoroughly, Additionally, coupons dont meet our ordering needs, so its $$ expensive. I wish I could have my money back from our last visit on 4/24/16, but we won’t be ordering from this Round Table ever again. I never wright reviews, so you can trust that it was bad enough to motivate this review. Too pricey for poor quality!

Been to the buffet for lunch a few times now. I love round table pizza, the pizza specifically, but the rest of the buffet is really lacking. Salad greens were still half frozen this past time I went. The ad in the window also promises twists. The first time, we never saw any twists come out. My most recent time there, same deal. We asked, and about 15 minutes later (after we had been there for half an hour now and ready to leave) they finally came out. I think the ad also promises breadsticks and flatbread, but Ive never seen either of those, so not sure if theyre included or not anymore... For $10 (drink included), its an alright buffet. But I may go back to sticking just with ordering pizza to go.

Placed our order online.... by entering our address....which directed me to the 185th location..... PAID & received a conformation .... only to be called and told that we are NOT in their "Delivery" area! AFTER my Charge Card was charged and CONFIRMED! The guy told me that since the OTHER location closed this is how they handle this deliver situation... by confirming online THEN calling customers and telling them they wont be getting their order. REALLY??!!! Seems to me like they should probably UPDATE their website to the CORRECT information!!! Very DISPLEASED with you Round Table. We went ahead and placed our order with a local pizza place that has the CORRECT info on their site.

This was a one star review for customer service. I tried again and the service was better. Will remove the old review below depending on future experiences. I love Round Table Pizza it is by far my favorite pizza. But I have to give this location one star. There is a manager, he is often there, an older heavyset man, and he is very rude. Whenever I walk in hell look at me. He wont say a word. I have to initiate the conversation. Theres another man that works there that was also rude. Despite that I have returned multiple times because of how much I love the pizza. But Ive given up on this location. I wont return.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Our order is 2hours late; call in the first time, talked with Tori, they had the excuse of only "having two drivers". Waited another 30mins, called, Shelbys response: "Sorry we only have one driver". First of all, dont claim you deliver if you dont, second, itd be nice if your system wasnt flawed. Horrible place, horrible service. Unless you like freezing cold pizza, and at least an hour and a half wait for something that takes 20min. Now theyre closing within the next 30min... we highly doubt well see our food, yet they couldnt refund us.... SCAM ALERT!

First and probably last time to visit. We went for lunch on a Friday and the place was virtually empty. The pizza that was on display looked like it had been sitting a while. Taste test proved this to be correct. We waited another 15 minutes or so before the next batch came out. The fresh stuff wasnt bad but the selection was very limited. At $10 a person for the buffet, you might be better off ordering a large pizza from somewhere else and have it delivered. Id say its about the same type quality as cicis pizza but costs a bit more.

Most expensive pizza in town took 1 1/2 to get here showed up made wrong and BURNT!! I called and they said they couldnt fix and would have to call back. They call back saying they would replace 1 of the 2 pizzas and not the wings. Until I fought them to replace the whole order. Then another hour to get here and they made the large pizza as personal pan pizzas 4 tiny pizzas (your cant make this up). Then the driver asks me for the other pizzas. For reals I have pictures of their work I will post unreal!!!!

I love RTP, this is by far the worst location. I work across the street.. Ordered a couple of months ago, they quoted my a 3.5 hour delivery time..I opted to pick it up and they quoted 15 minutes...Pizza wasnt ready 25 minutes later because they made a mistake. They gave me that with the one I ordered. When I got back to work, I found that they messed that one up too...Now today, I went to order a pizza and they said I cant get a Pan Pizza until later because they batch those out last...what?

Horrible service and salad bar was very disapointing wilted lettuce brow mushrooms very nasty it is absolutely the worst salad bar I have ever seen at any round table we are frequent customers to round table but this was our first visit to this location we are very disappointed been sitting here for almost a hour it is not busy at all we just wasted money on 3 salads that I would not feed my dog very disappointed thinking we may not ever visit round table again just hoping we dont get sick.

Dont get delivery! I am usually a fan of Round Table, but the first/last time that we placed a delivery order from the Tanasbourne location they said it would take about 45 minutes and took over 1 hour and 15 minutes and our pizza was delivered cold. I think that maybe they had gotten lost on the way, thought we live in a large apartment complex that is very easy to find off a main road. We might attempt to dine here again but at the restaurant and not delivery!
