I ordered the ceviche and omg it was very very good! And surprisingly the portion was actually a lot! Usually, Ceviches are expensive and very little. But here it was perfect. Will definitely be ordering more Ceviche. It was late at night but the host was very nice and helpful and did not rush me in any way. The food was very delicious and had a good flavor to it. One of the best places I have gone so far that is a chain restaurant. There carne asada is tender and flavorful. The rice was well cooked and also flavorful. The food was very fresh and not tasting of pre made meals. I tried the chips and salsa and it was awesome. They make the chips and the salsa there. The salsa was nice and hot,yet flavorful. The salsa wasnt to hot that you couldnt enjoy the food. It was just right. The inside decor was very nice and seemed like traditional mexican theme. It was very clean and welcoming. It made you curious as to the history of the mexican culture and food. Lol definitely will be back. Will give 5 star if the food is consistent. Looking forward to come back and seeing if it is.

Just had dinner there, and frankly I do not plan on returning. The refried beans where flavorless, and had pieces of hard, uncooked bean in them. The chicken in the enchiladas was dry, and the rice was bland. To sum it up in a word: flavorless. To top it off, the service was unhelpful and slow. We had to ask two waiters for boxes, and still had to wait several minutes before we finally got them. When it came time for the bill we were not given a pen to sign the check with, and had to wait yet again. Additionally, our water glasses where never refilled. When we left, we saw the majority of the waiters laughing together in a huddle, ignoring their customers. My family has been going to Azteca for many years, but they have lost their standards of quality for food and service, and after tonight we do not plan on returning, our money is better spent elsewhere.

The service was good. Prompt and attentive. The food was the worst tasting Mexican food I have ever eaten. It was bland, no spices. My wife and daughter had chicken mole and they could not eat it. Granddaughter had child nachos and it had about 4 chips and all cheese. I had a burrito and I had to use a bowl of bland salsa to get any flavor. The Mexican rice was white rice with nothing in it. Will never go there again.

This is the original Azteca and across the street is the corporate hq. The building housing this particular Azteca is handsome, and the decor inside is better than nearly every other branch I have been to. The restaurant is well-run; the service is quick and accommodating. The prices are excellent as are the menu and drink selections. This might be my favorite Mexican restaurant around.

They were courteous and took our order right away yet people who came in after us were getting there food and even finished with there food before we were served I finally got up after waiting for 45 minutes I asked for my check minus the food we had not received and left to eat else where. Weve been to another Azteca location in Tukwila with absolutely NO PROBLEMS!!!I

Excellent staff - attentive to everyone. They seated us late (18 minutes till close) without complaint. Kids loved the black beans and rice. We loved the fish tacos and seafood enchiladas. Great selections, great quality, great quantity, fair price. Azteca is our preferred place for Mexican food, even over more local chains in our area.

i get to the place, gotta ask someone to sit us down. we finally get sat down, this mexican waiter is staring me down, awesome! wait too long to order, and when we do it seemed like the waitress was pulling my menu, trying to rush me. oh well, such is life, racism and nonsense does exist, it sucks but what can you do?

As Mexican chain restaurants go this is one of the best Ive come across, and their prices for the lunch menu are excellent, as are their portions. The food wont win any awards, but it is worth the price, and the service has been reliably good every time our crew has gone there for lunch.

This is my favorite Azteca location. Their food is the best out of all the chain. I have no idea how thats possible because Im pretty sure they have a shared kitchen that preps the food but I love the way they do the finishing touches. Nice servers, good drinks, clean restaurant.

Its my favorite Mexican restaurant and I have people who recognize me when I go.Theres a waiter who remembers me and knows what I usually order. He always ask if I want my favorites and I usually do as the food is delicious and plentiful! Im usually have enough for two meals.

The food is usually pretty good! Keep in mind, it is possible to go on an "off day" and have something that turns out kind of bland, but overall its affordable and decent Mexican food. Staff is usually quick to seat you and quick to take your order. Very friendly!

The service is bad. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to clear a table so I could sit down .there were 6 tables with plates on them. nobody was sitting at the tables.so I sat down and waited to be served 10 minutes passed and I wasnt talked to so I walked out.

Good drinks... horrible food! I had to call out after having mothers day dinner there. My shrimp was gummy and my sopapillas were soggy. Im not sure why they were in such a hurry to cook my food; they werent even busy.. I will never go back again.

Ive eaten there more than ten times now and Ive had great experiences all the time except maybe once. My favorite dish is the Camaron Blanco. Its a very large dish that I have only finished it once.
