☆☆☆☆☆AWESOME.!!! THANK-YOU Guzel, Summer, Alfredo,(cook),& Antonio for an EXCELLENT Experience. I have been to many IHOPs in 40 plus years. But this is my new favorite. I was treated like a king. I feel I am a valued customer. From start to finish. I was greeted with *genuine enthusiasm by Summer, & seated immediately. My server Guzel welcomed me with warm smile & her service skills & patience is perfect. She is gen I newly personable. Her timing, & accuracy of my order was impeccable & very much appreciated. Alfredo cooked my food EXACTLY to order & it arrived at correct temperature. Antonio kept tables clear of finished plates on my & all tables. This location is immaculately spotless. Warm,friendly cohesive team. Thank-You all again. Youve BRIGHTENED an otherwise Very Long Day. Respectfully, *Big ARTee

When we arrived there were only white people seated at the front of the restaurant and there were some empty seats. One of two rude young hostesses showed us to a seat in the back where I saw only people with dark skin like us. There were two big families so it was quite noisy. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Even though the food took a long time to arrive; the food was good. Yet, as time passed I noticed only white people were being seated at the front and dark-skinned people were seated in the back. It was only until these seats were filled that white people were seated in the back room.

Food was fine but both times I ordered to go they forgot part of my order. The first time I got all the way home before realizing it. the second time, I checked the bag and my side of crepes was missing. Im sitting in the waiting area as I write this, and Ive been here for a good 25 minutes... For a simple side of crepes. I could have gone to the one further from my house and be finishing my food by now. Never coming here again

I didnt expect a simple IHOP to be so wonderful. The service here was excellent and they helped accommodate a large party of friends showing up late. The parking lot was a little busy every time I came here, but finding a spot was never hard. Food was decent, but again the service was so friendly and accommodating that I couldnt complain.

I had a very bad experience with this place. First and last time I will be going to eat at an IHOP. Poor service, long line to pay. The waiter did not even offer us any refills, he didnt even come back to see if we needed anything else after he took our order. My food was cold, the scrambled eggs were not fully cooked. Very disappointed.

Good food, but slow service. Last time I went, our group stood at the front waiting to be seated for more than ten minutes. There were tons of empty tables, and no one even came and spoke to us before we decided to leave. Other times Ive ordered there and waited 20-40 minutes for the food to arrive.

This is my favorite IHOP. This is one of the store with free refills on all drinks I think. The other ones I go to dont offer that. I drive 30 mins just to go to this particular IHOP.
