Worst Service and Food ever. Overpriced Piece of Garbage with corresponding customer service. Ordered 2 Breakfast combos to go and was told I had everything. Asked for condiments and Im told its in the bag. Got home and checked and I got the pancakes in one container, eggs and hash browns in another and MISSING the country fried steak but did have the other order sirloin tips included. Of coursed I was pissed after quite a drive and looking forward to eating with my son. Drove all the way back and told cashier/customer service that Im missing the main dish. She keeps insisting its in there and she checked herself. Made me doubt myself as she says the country fried steak is underneath the eggs and hash browns. IF it was, then it would have been an awfully small steak. I was afraid she was going to make me drive back home again as I left my order at home as I was preparing the layout/spread. Called son but he had phone on mute and took a while to get him on the phone. Had him take a picture to send to me as proof. After 10 mins, cashier comes waltzing back in with what looks like my forgotten order and didnt even need my proof and hands me over my order. By the time I get back home, of course pancakes were cold same with the eggs and sirloin tips and hashbrowns. Country fried steak was the only thing luke warm and edible, everything else was greasy and congealing. Of course, I only got butter and syrup, no catsup or salt & pepper as I asked for. Only thing they have going is its 24 hours ... but so are a few other places. Do yourself a favor.... Go get Dennys or something else instead.

Wanted to take time to post this review for IHOP restaurant, they offer the most excellent customer service by all the staff there, outstanding greetings from beginning to end by everyone, especially the manager Jose, he is super attentive, he goes out of his way to serve you, Jose makes sure your attended or he’ll attend you himself, he goes as for as serving you coffee and making sure everything is running smoothly. We at Family Ayala’s Upholstery love to go to this particular IHOP restaurant in West Hills, due to their excellent service and outstanding great food. We are always satisfied and leave with a big smiles in our faces. We love their breakfast! Pancakes are our specialty and Ihop’s are perfect they are truly the best! They are sweet-smelling, thick and simply delightful, buttermilk yummy “the most delicious pancakes around”. Their breakfasts are wonderful and keeping the menu very American and thats exactly what I “our Family loves”. This one restaurant is near our house and our place of business, we get to enjoy our own neighborhood neighbors and family, friends and friend-merchants. Every time the staff is happy and like I mentioned before the manager looks to be joyful and always with a smile on his face makes you and your family, friends so welcomed!!! Visiting the local IHOP this past week has been a pleasure. Being a college student with not a lot of money, this was the perfect stop for a mid-week dinner with friends. The food was less than stellar but the service was unparalleled. It took at least 20 minutes for the food to be prepared, and once it was, it was average at best. The pancakes were slightly under cooked, but when we notified the server, Karen, she replaced our order and told us that our meal was on the house. She took our pictures and was very friendly the entire time. Better quality food, and this IHOP would be the perfect stop.

The good was thrown together like slop. Ive been here before and every time I order eggs with scrambled cheese I get the same thing. The cheese thrown on top and it looks like slop and my turkey bacon was over cooked in the microwave. The waitress was great and she fixed this right away for me. She truly saved the day...or shall 8 say morning

Such a cute little cafe, and everything was delicious! I had the curried chicken sandwich (which was so good!), a cappuccino, and a red velvet nuage (sort of like a meringue cake with a soft center). Will definitely be back to try more.IHOP is best.

Decided to give IHOP a try this morning. It was fantastic. Super friendly employees. Great food. Lovely atmosphere. I had the eggs Benedict and it was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I will defiantly be back to this place.

Ive been coming here for a while their food comes out like the photos in their menjs. It has a variety of choices. I order Togo a lot when Im super hungry and dont have a lot of time. Most of the people here are friendly and quick.

Food was hot, hot chocolate was very rich, and the very best part of our visit was our excellent server Art. He was very kind and professional. He was more than willing to substitute the bacon / sausage because I dont eat meat.

Stopped by this new spot in CA and in love! Super delicious Filipino food! I recommend the lumpia and bbq chicken. Great service, good prices and yummy food! Cant wait to go back and try the other items on the menu!

Great services, really good coffee (not watered down like Dennys), the food was amazing Would have been five stars but they no longer have blueberry syrup and that was all I was really looking forward too.
