I dont know why this place is getting horrible reviews. We order from here often and have never gotten our order wrong. They do an amazing job & it tastes the same quality as every other pizza hut Ive been to. We order pizzas, breadsticks, wings and other things on the menu and they always turn out great. I definitely give this place 5 stars. I havent experienced anything less from this franchise. And even if they mess up an order or 2, so what. Ive had my order messed up from places with higher stars than this pizza hut. They are PEOPLE, they mess up. Its still good food.

We had pizza from this Hut a few times now. Each time we hoped it would get better...but it didnt. The pizza is salty and decent at best. The most recent time we didnt even get our order. We ordered around 5 pm and then we called back when they were 15 minutes late from their one hour estimate. The person I talked to said our pizza was out for delivery and should be there within a few minutes. 45 minutes later we called back and they told us they had no record of our order. Bottom line: extremely poor service, poor quality, and we will never order from them again.

I just cant beleive the ratings towards this restaurant, i actually loved it! and I am not from the central coast. I am located Up north but I must admit their employees and staff are extremely friendly! one young lady cant remember her name she had some pretty brown eyes even suggested to get a large instead of what i was ordering a medium supreme which still came up to a total of $10 dollars. my pizza was perfect on toppings and the cheese sticks were to die for! The kids loved there PP pizza . I even left the young lady a tip :-)

Service is terrible! There is probably a 50% chance you WONT get your order!! I called my very large order in ( youd think theyd want to make money??) and was told it would arrive in 45 minutes. After an hour my husband called and asked if it was on its way. They said yes! It just recently left. Another hour goes by... I call. And suddenly there is no record of my order and the manager made no attempt to remedy the situation, she only made excuses. Go to the pizza hut on betteravia and spare yourseld the trouble...

Ordering online was helpful... except when the order was over 20 minutes late. Online said the delivery time was 5:34 PM, I didnt get my order until 6 PM. I called twice to check on my order and was not offered a comp or anything. I was told by one of the employees that the driver may have gotten lost. I never received a phone call and you would think if a driver is driving around SM they would have a navigation system. I dont think Ill be ordering from here again :(

Your service over the phone really sucks. You were rude, and have lost a customer for life. I will tell everyone I know. How could you be such a dick? Do you not care about costomer retention? Obviously you have no comprehension about customer service! I was highly offended by your phone service even when I called back to complain you did nothing to remedy the issue! Never to be a pizza hut customer again!

It would be a No star if I could. They have the worst person answering the phone with wait times of over 20 minutes. They take over 75 minutes to deliver a simple pizza and the workers never allow you to speak with a manager. The personel there dont have a clue on what they are doing. I will take my money else where like DOMINOS OR EVEN LITTLE CAESARS!

Everytime we order from here, theres little cheese. We called and asked the lady if she can please put cheese on them, she says "well they are 6 dollar pizzas." wow!! So how do o order a regular medium pizza. Service sucks! Food is way below standard! I hope we get another pizza hut in Santa Maria so this one can close

bad customer service. dough was still raw when I got home I had to put it in the oven. then when I called I was hung up on. then I finally talked to manager and was told to come back in within 30 days for refund. then they didnt want to refund when I went back in. very very bad customer service.

Not that good, pretty bad. Husband and son said it was comparable to frozen pizza bought from the grocery store and I would have to agree. Very skimpy on the toppings, crust resembles cardboard with sugar and sauce is too sweet. For a good pizza Im going to stick with either Fattes, or Klondikes!

Always order from here, always love it. Looking at the other reviews I would say they have the wrong place. I eat here lots, love the courteous staff, awesome food, delivery sometimes takes a while when they are busy, but its because theyre so good! Love these guys.

Worse customer service ever they were so rude to me they didnt want to break my change so they had me go around looking a like a chicken with head cut off just to go break change worst experience ever! They practically embarrassed me and made me feel bad!

Only ordered from there twice.... the first was an hour late and the second was 15 minutes late. And I ordered online 2 hours in advance both times. Very disappointed.
