I order pizza/food here 2 or 3 times a month, today I have people over doing landscaping for me so I needed to feed them and they wanted pizza and chicken wings. The store opens at 11, I placed an order at 11:10. I was told it would be delivered by 11:55. At 12:25, 30min after the delivery time, still no food so I called the store. I was told that they were just about to send my food out and that they didnt like to send drivers out before Noon. My driver was still at the store at 12:25 (not sent out at noon like the manager said. my food could have been made before noon and out the door at noon says the manager but it was still at the store at 12:25) so I wouldnt have got anything until at least 12:45 way past my employees lunch time! I never received a call that my food wasnt going to be on time and when I called was not offered any correction to their mistake besides the manager telling me that she doesnt "Like" to send drivers out before noon. Now they have my money for the next 2-3 days I have to watch my bank account to make sure the money actually goes back into my account and had to spend even more money to buy them lunch. Im down $60 for lunch today instead of just the $30 No food and No money and No offer to correct the mistake = No returning!!!!

Friday afternoon(1:30 PM), place is empty. Three employees goofing off in the kitchen in full view of the customer, one employee making a pizza (also in full view of the customer). I stood there like I was invisible. No hello, no can I help you? no just a moment nothing just being ignored. I will never, ever go into this place again! After posting my initial review I made some calls to local friends. They all agreed: Bad/rude service, mediocre Pizza. Looks like I missed absolutely NOTHING!

Round Table was slammed and we got there in the aftermath. The young lady at the counter was nice and it was a good place to go for my friends who are out of state. But the salad bar had been gone through look like a tornado hit it. I asked the young lady if she was going to hit it and she politely did so. Its good pizza, but expensive.

Tired of this expensive pizza place.. Doesnt taste any better because it costs more... Havent had Round Table in years because its just not worth the price! Keep waiting for a good deal but they just dont have them anymore:( If you shape up and get it right youll get more business.
