Ive never been a fan of their burritos, but man their bowls are incredible. No other place has the right fresh ingredients to pull off such an amazing bowl like Chipotle. Ive honestly brought some bowls to family who hadnt tried them before and left them totally awestruck. "What is that?!" they ask. "The food of the gods, a Chipotle bowl," I say. You can never, ever go wrong. The salads(a bowls greener sibling) are also good. Ill leave you with one warning: dont ever get the chips. Theyre substantially worse than any chips you get at the grocery store, which puts them pretty far behind any of the local taquerias as well. Theyre always ridiculously oversalted(and I love salt) and have a sort of cheap, paper dry, brittle taste. Just say no. Get another bowl if you think youll be hungry.

Ive ordered twice from this Chipotle and once from the 41st avenue location and the river st location screwed up twice. First time my online order wasnt made at all. but it only took 5 mins to make and they gave me a free soda which i guess works out. The second time (online order as well) they forgot the guacamole which costed 2 dollars for nothing... and the sour cream... I was pretty annoyed but didnt realize things were missing until i got home, So kind of my fault in a way.. I could have gone back but i live 30 mins away so yeah. Any ways at the 41st location (online order as well) Everything went great and they gave bigger portions which makes up for the fact that its a bit pricey. So i guess what im saying is to go the 41st location or go somewhere else if youre downtown..

When a restaurant is out of several of its main staples its a bit disappointing to say the least. Also they wouldnt take make order the phone and this place frequently has long lines. Also when I was there someone seemed pretty overzealous about making sure she gave me the exact right portion size like if she accidentally give me too much it would bankrupt them. I thought this chain was working on and trying to revamp itself after a few pretty bad PR incidents if you will. I had written the CEO of this company in the past and I didnt even get a decent reply to a pretty lengthy email I have written I got a generic response from some lower level employee was a bit disappointing for that level of customer service.

I like Chipotles food but tonight the food preparation was subpar and thats putting it mildly. There were no customers behind me yet the guy preparing the food rushed through making my burrito. And when he dipped up the salsa for my oder of chips and salsa, he filled it 3/4 full with salsa dripping from the side. I was able to catch the girl at the cash register from dropping it into the bag, at which point she used the cleaning towel to wipe off the excess. Disgruntled, I took my food to the car, and instead of just brooding over this slapstick job, I decided to return the food for a refund. The entire experience just took my appetite away.

Ive visited this Chipotle more than a handful of times, and each time they do a sloppy job at rolling a burrito..even just a regular burrito with no extras. seriously. Your burrito will slide out the back or rip apart as they are rolling it, and several times this has happened to me where no one has offered to re-roll it or roll it in an additional tortilla. I feel like I am eating a delicious mess/heap of awesome, rather than a rolled burrito of awesome.

Generally, I enjoy going to Chipotle, but my experience here was bad. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold and one worker I interacted with was profoundly rude. Because it was so cold we sat outside but the back door is kept locked from the inside. While I ate my lunch I watched as half a dozen people tried to go back and grab a napkin or fork and have to walk all the way around the building. I would never go back to this particular Chipotle.

I came on a super busy day while they were doing a fundraiser. The manager had worked nearly 12 hours that day, yet she was still friendly and personable and we had great service. We waited a few minutes while they were cooking more fajita vegetable but they brought them straight to us at our table!

Food tasted fine but was cold and I think my tortillas were stale. The food was cold. One guy was doing all the work while everyone else was slowly acting as if they were doing something. Went there about 4pm so maybe thats between shifts but that should not have mattered.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly, yet a bit a little self absobed. I had to wait politely while two employees spoke over the trash recepticle by the napkins. But it was friendly, quiet, and prices were very reasonable. Ill be back. Mmb.
