I LOVE this Jack's* its 1 of the best I've ever been too! I haven't been inside much, but I do know the drive-thru service is great! At all hours! The employees here are on point and very polite. I don't know about anyone one else but I've had the worst luck with good customer service lately whether it be a sit down restaurant or drive-thur. I Never have that problem here at this Jack in the Box :) and idk if its the manager or the owner but, He is the best at multi tasking! He's super nice too :)

If you go there after 10pm, like many of the fine younger residents of awsome-town do who have aquired the munchies, you will get the pleasure of meeting one of the finest JITB employees ever. (yea, I know, "thats like being the tallest midget in the circus" but anywhooo..) His name is david and he rocks. The tacos from this JITB dont look like the ones advertised on tv or on the windows, but better. If Im in town I dont go to any other JITB but this one.

In a word, horrible. They claimed losing our order (even though it was on their screen) was due to being busy. No, In and Out was busy, there was no place to park and the drivethru went to the street..that is busy. Do not go to this Jack. It is by far the worst one I have been to ever. Lyons ave is known for being a main food stop and in general the food places are at the top of their game no matter who it is, not so here.

First they messed up my order. Then, after ordering food for my kids and an iced coffee for myself I got on the road. Finished my coffee and started eating the ice, Found a large piece of hard plastic in my drink which also cut my gums.

Okay. Typical fast food. General jack in box. Bathrooms are accessible and this is usually busy with travelers and as a traveler I love being able to use bathroom and grab a quick snack or drink and get back on road

I am usually a fan of Jack in the Crack, but this one sucks. The last few times Ive been here I have received cold fries and half cooked burgers. Not going back!!!
