My husband and I love the ice cream and visit this chain almost once every week. The staff are always so friendly. The reason for the low star rating was our experience today. The chain is usually open till 10 but a sign outside said "Sorry, were closed at 930 pm". We reached around 915pm today and all the chairs were stacked. We usually arrive at 950-955 pm and the girls there allow us to sit until we finish our ice cream. There was a guy on duty today. I dont know what happened today but if possible, I would love to speak to a manager at the branch.

Every time when we go out, definitely well visit Cold Stone Creamery. But when we visited Santa Clara cold stone on Sep 3rd 2017, much disappointment happened. Ice cream is not properly blend and we could able to see powder inside ice cream. Also I have ordered French Vanilla milkshake, able to see a taste difference compared to other stores. Also Milk is much more added with Ice cream and I can only taste milk. Overall Santa Clara Cold Stone Franchise needs improvement.

I experienced an incident at this store where they had trouble accepting my gift card and coupon. When the ownership heard of my issue, they promptly took action to solve the problem and apologized by offering a large ice cream cake. The place is clean and usually has a good selection of cakes available. Cold Stone is a great place to stop by after dining at one of Rivermarks several restaurants.

They were out of just about everything when we went. The guy had absolutely no concern about any of it either. They didnt even have ice or fudge or any cones or waffle bowls. What ice cream place doesnt have those?!? And the posters hung on the door were out of season. Why are they still up if the no longer serve them. It was absolutely ridiculous. Dont recommend going here.

Man, I love and hate this place at the same time and it has everything to do with customer service. Ice cream is great, never a problem. If we are first in line then no issues, but when this place gets crowded it seems like the staff just doesnt care. Chit Chat is good when the store is empty, but lets at least make it look like we care and move a little faster.

The ice cream is delicious and the place is really well located, but it seems like they dont have enough staff. The line always seems to be out the door when you get there. The lack of spare time also means that they seem to run out of various toppings and ice creams regularly.

Love the ice cream here. Come here if you can spare a few hundred calories on sweet, icy yumminess. I recommend getting the cracker blended with your ice cream. It adds texture to the ice cream and makes you think that you are eating a little ice cream cake!

Coldstone has no reason to be this delicious. But they are, and by comparison all other ice creams are watery and dull. So go forth, devour the ice cream, then put your gym shorts on because this stuff is certainly not lacking for calories (but so worth it).

This is our local ice cream spot. The workers seem like they dont care about the customers at all. They avoid eye contact while being dressed in casual clothing. really unprofessional and off-putting.

They serve good ice cream! Its conveniently located at Rivermark plaza so there are restaurants near by and a Safeway. The store is clean and the service is good .
