I came back here with some friends to showcase some great Indian ice cream, and I have to say I was wildly disappointed by this visit. The ice cream flavors are still great, just the customer service was atrocious to the point that I felt like writing an updated review. The place was pretty empty, and we were standing close to where all of the flavors are (not leaning on anything, just in the vicinity of them) and the woman behind the counter very rudely says to us "you need to step back so people can look at the flavors." Mind you, this would have been an okay request if 1. there were more people than us and another group that already got their ice cream and 2. if it wasnt said in such a rude manner. That wasnt the end of it though... The other group that was there was leaving and the man behind the counter yelled at them and said "Sirs! You need to pick up your water cup! Get back here" which was odd since they just had forgotten it and you usually dont experience someone yelling at customers to pick up a piece of trash. The situation was sealed with the man behind the counter just loudly saying to us "Okay, thanks for coming." trying to get us to get out.. they werent about to close or anything, he was just annoyed by people being there. I dont know if I would come back at this point. It used to be a place I highly recommended to friends, but no one deserves to be treated as rudely as we were.

Worst Customer Experience Ever with this Store. They might have Indian flavours which make us tempted to go to this store. I asked for a Cake and they took my email and told me they will update me via email and provide me some designs in which i will select and since this is custom made they will charge me 10 bucks extra. I never got a Email from them and when i visited second time to store asking for is it possible now the price is 15 dollars. Initially when new you treat customers to gain popularity but Their is saying once you become popular you dont treat customers properly as you are sure abt business. I think that is the case with this store. Thanks Ajaya Loya

Pathetic experience right from the front door. On a hot evening they turned off the AC and left the door open even though it was hot outside. So as soon as I entered the door it felt like I had entered a furnace. Then had to wait in line for 20 mins and was told that since evening we have only vanilla flavor left. I mean for heavens sake tell people that before they enter the furnace line. Oh and I forgot to mention that the price of the ice cream was totally jacked up. Baskin robbins yo..

Icecream flavors are good here, no doubt on that. You can find really nice indian flavor icecream and faloodas. But customer service is not at par. For the prices there should be real good service. The place is quite crowded on peak times and there is a line. There are not enough employees to handle that, store is left really dirty. Employees are in rush and do not even carry a smile at all. Need to improve a lot on management side.

Different varities of ice cream. Love the pan icecream, cassatta icecream. The badshahi falooda drink is great. Some of my friends however opine that , some ingredients in the drink need to be cooked more. So , that might be a hit or a miss. The milkshakes are yum. Weekends and fridays are crowded. It takes some time to get whateer you want and they run out of the falooda drinks and falooda kulfi icecream very soon.

Disgusting I asked if they made smoothies and they said yes and gave me a Icecream in a bowl with some liquid on top was disgusting and I asked if I can change it for something else because I wasnt happy and they were being cheap people and wouldnt change it. My husband ordered I cream cone and they put little bit Icecream on the top and didnt even fill inside . Cheap and disgusting

Went looking for kulfi and Nirvanaah did NOT disappoint. Theyve got the classic flavours if youre looking for original stuff, delicious and creamy and fantastic. They also have Indian-ish flavours of regular ice cream like mango, paan, fig & walnut, etc., and its all completely delicious. I bring friends here all the time and Ive never had a bad experience.

Good variety of Indian ice cream flavors. Hands down the best Kulfi in town. I had to reduce 2 stars however for their ridiculously expensive prices. Even the most popular gourmet ice cream shops in San Francisco do not charge as much as Nirvanaah charges. They take advantage of the fact that that do not have any competition.

They have an amazing selection. Must be about 20 flavors. Some of my favorites - halwasan, pan masala, rose petals, butter scotch, kesar pista, thandai, alphonso mango and tutti frutti. The staff is super friendly. They let me sample lots of flavors. One of a kind ice cream shop. I would go again.

My daughter loves the 30+ different flavors of the eggless ice creams these guys have. I love their customer service. The staff is very friendly and they let you taste the ice-cream without any expectation of actually buying it. We can buy only if we really like something. I love this place.

Reached the place at 10:20pm, was waiting in a long queue. At our turn, staff refused service saying that store closes at 10:30pm. Either change your closing hours or serve every customer who came to the store before 10:30pm. Staff were a bit rude when rejecting service too.

This is our familys favorite ice cream place. The whole family just loves the ice creams. The choice of flavors is awesome and the Indian flavors are great. If you havent been here, it is worth checking it out. This summer this will be one of our most frequented places.

Large variety of Indian flavors; however, the amount of ice cream for the price is awful. The smallest single scoop (which was literally a very small single scoop) was $2.99. The next size up, the two scoop was $5.49! Most expensive ice cream in the area.

Delicious, exotic flavors. The ice cream was almost like soft-serve and very light even though it was scooped out. I would have given five stars if the flavors were a little more bold or concentrated. Definitely among the best ice cream in the area!

On a Saturday one person working and 20 people waiting on the line. This employee has no smile on his face or customer service . This is not India you got to know how to run a business here in America. Go to coldstone to learn how to run a business

Had a horrible experience. Not only were we rushed into ordering, we were asked to leave the premise as soon as we got served. I understand that they needed to close up but they could have also asked us to leave politely.

Saffron Pistachio ice cream was out of this world! Also tried the tiramisu and the coffee almond fudge and they were both very good as well. The staff was friendly, efficient, and patient. Well definitely be going back!

Has your traditional ice cream selection, which is just as good as most places. The other (Indian) desserts are definitely a departure from the norm for anyone who is not familiar with them (i.e. noodles in "smoothies")
