I would give this place less than one if possible. My husband ordered a single scoop of chocolate almond. The employee did not know what that was. He seemed very confused in general. I asked him about different flavors and he could not tell me what theu were nor did he offer a sample. Items were incorrectly labeled. I did not order anything out of frustration even when another customer explained what the verdi flavor was. My son wanted a chocolate sundae. The server again looked confused and said there was no chocolate for sundaes. So he ordered a chocolate shake. He was given something pink. As we left we tasted it whatever it was it tasted terrible. I went back in to ask for the correct order and the employee argued with me saying we did not order chocolate. He finally made a very watery chocalate drink. I think he forgot the ice cream. The shop was also very dirty and did not appear sanitary. This place probably has a good product but needs knowable employees who know what to do in an ice cream shop. I miss Nehees Street ice cream.

I love something different, and one of the things Im am always happy to try is ice cream. Nirvanaah is a great place to go. They do have a small selection of the standard flavors youll find in everyday ice cream shops but its the flavors they mark as special that get your taste buds going. The group i was with tried a few different things, but I first tried a pistachio and something else (sorry, I dont recall) which was great, but decided on the Mukhwas. I found that out of this world, the flavors and textures made it one of the best cones Ive had in a long time.

The location of this place is perfect - right next to Chaat Bhavan. I like the customer service of these folks. For instance it was my daughters birthday and I wanted to keep it low key that year and thus wanted to get her a simple birthday cake. The staff were so kind enough to decorate the cake on demand with simple stuff but thats what mattered to me the most. Keep up the good work guys. I love the ice creams and flavors that you guys have.

Cool concept...ice cream in traditional Indian flavors. Service was friendly but very slow. Line was so long with only one person working who was serving and at the register. If I hadnt promised my kids ice cream, I would have left. This place hasnt been maintained well either. Counter top was chipping away and overall cleanliness lacked.

Great ice cream place next to Chaat Bhavan & Starbucks on Mowry right off 880. Great fast service. They have a good variety of flavors including standards like chocolate & cookies & cream, fruit flavors including sitafal, black currant, figs, & Indian flavors like kulfi. The ice cream is all natural, eggless & vegetarian.

One of my favorite joints and a after dinner stop!! I like the Kulfi faluda. Not too many places in bay area serve kulfi faluda of this quality. Meethha paan is another favorite. Parking is not a issue at late evening but could be challenging.

Decent place and staff and Awesome Indian flavor Ice creams.. Like Meetha Pan, Matka Kulfi, RaajBhog etc.. It gets busy during summer and evening time and it may give you little challenge to find parking near that because of other restaurants.

These guys carry amazing Ice cream. They source their ice cream from a local producer and prices are about right. A pint is aroind $6. Make sure to check out the alphonso mango and kesar pista flavors they are amazing.

Indian ice cream!!!! This place is awesome. They have a huge selection and I love trying different flavors. Butterscotch and mango are really good. Falooda kulfi is my go to. Parking can be a hassle.

The ice cream is rich and delicious. Always interesting flavors and you can try before buying. Makes a nice desert after visiting the Afghan Kabob next door. It is a little pricey.
