The decor and furniture are great. Walking in, I felt very comfortable. But when I asked for an iced mocha, the cashier asked me what flavor I wanted. "Mocha flavored?" and then she put in a blended drink instead of iced drink. But she didnt repeat back the order, so I didnt know until it was made. Also, all of the seating was dirty. It wasnt busy at all, so it must have been hours since anyone had gone around with a towel. Every vacant seat had crumbs and/or spills. These are all minor issues, but the other coffee bean I go to is always 100%, so this was disappointing.

Friendly Quiet not like Starbucks The drinks are awesome, each one that I have ordered taste exactly the same ( delicious). With Starbucks I would order the same drink but each time it taste different ( bad different) plus the people at Starbucks are rude and awful. This is why I have changed Starbucks for coffee bean

Had no issue finding a place e to sit. Only downfall is Internet is extremely slow if youre looking to work from here. So time sensitive work is no bueno. Other work is fine. Coffee can be strong also so dont drink here too late in the day.

Really friendly baristas, not crowded, great place to study, and not loud like every starbucks Ive been to. Plus they serve delicious coffee! My favorite is soy hazelnut latte. Plus they have vegan cookies!
