Come back again to chill b/c last experience was good. But not today :( Advice? Dont order anything out of ordinary here. want 1/4 pound coffee & was denied because they "dont have the bag". Ended up getting half a pound in sandwich bag & didnt call me when its ready... I dont get it. I dont mind the sandwich bag at all but would much prefer 1/4lb especially of all you have is a sandwich bag. The cashier was proud & not friendly, & obviously didnt know coffee! Anyone who knows coffee knew ordering in small batch is the way to ensure freshness (hello?!!) She doesnt know the cashier machine too!! And she makes it seems like Im holding the line when it is her doesnt know her way around the machine... Counter was not clean. Bathroom... anyhow, SO disappointed. BTW, used the app for the first time here & still not getting my order when the line is gone (others were called when their to-go order is ready). Its either not my day or just not this location. Gave 2 star out of loyalty but its really a 1 star experience. :(

I waited 21 minutes for a strawberry acai iced tea. The lady who took my order glanced over at me from time to time, then asked me after the 21 minutes, "What are you waiting for?" After I told her that I was waiting for my drink, she proceeded to grab a drink that was sitting in the sunlight coming through the drive-through window for 15 minutes. She handed it to me with a smirk and an unintelligible comment, which I will presume was an apology. I guess I need to remind the baristas when I place an order, that I would like to receive the drink I am paying for; that I am not paying to see how long an iced drink can sit in the sun and stay cool.

I normally come here because its close to work. But its also one of the busier Starbucks around. Ordered an ice coffee today, but they forgot about it. Didnt apologize for it either. Oh well.

My only problem is the bugs...the restroom had bugs ...i was enjoying my drink and i see bugs flying around gross...service is great but seriously you need to take care of the bugs..

One of the cleaner and larger more updated starbucks in the area. Lots of study space, and there are outlets for your chargers! Also, Qi chargers are built into the tables.

I used the drive thru for an iced tea. I didnt have much of a wait, the gentleman on the intercom was friendly and helpful and my drink was made correctly.

Staff were friendly - not as spacious as other starbucks, so finding a place to sit and work/read can be a challenge. Also the coffee was fine. :)
