I had a giftcard so we decided to come here for lunch. Whenever Im at Islands, I stick to my usual - the tortilla soup and the wiqui waqui salad but since we had such a generous gift card. I decided skip the salad and get an appetizer and the Kula burger. The soup is good as always. The artichoke dip needed some salt so we added some and it was barely ok after that point. Our burger were disappointing. We only ate half of each. Just no flavor and just kind of average. I didnt want the meal to end on such a low light so I decided to order us the Kona pie with some coffees. The waitress brought us the bill with the Kona pie and then just disappeared and never came back. Hello? Can we get some refills? I know you got paid and everything but shouldnt you still come back until we leave the table? We finally had to flag someone else down but our dessert (which was fabulous by the way) was almost already finished and we had wanted to enjoy the coffee with the dessert not after. *sigh

Its a shame. We live in the neighborhood go there regularly just ro enjoy videos and relax and chow down on a burger. They tried to seat us at a puiny little table by an emergency exit in the back corner. We specified we wanted to sit near a TV with surf videos. We pointed out other tables that were empty. They said it would be 10 minutes. Then they proceded to seat other groups before us even though we were there first because we were two and they were four. they were a bigger group. When we complain the manager did nothing to rectify it. there was an empty table right in front of a surf vidio TV, which is why we go there to begin with, that would have been perfect. but apparently their policy is forget smaller groups save the tables for the bigger groups.

Horrible tonight. We come here often. Habe never felt like I was being rushed out, this after waiting 10 minutes for a table and being told only 2 servers were working. I counted 6. And no one else waiting for a table. During my meal I witnessed a Manager just crush an employee. He, the Manager asked the employee to save the coasters while the employee was busing a large very messy raw. The employee said something and the Managers expression went to mad, he dropped the two coasters in his hand and walked away from the table. Horrible way to treat an employee. Horrible

Good food terrible service. First time eating in this location since its only a 5 minute ride. First of all I had to repeatedly stop the person taking my order from walking away. This individual was trying to hurry me "the customer" up. I like eating different places for varies reasons the one thing that makes me want to come back is the service you receive. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I enjoyed the environment and had the local town feel of a Chilies with friendly hostess and really nice cute waitresss. I ordered the cob chop salad with no cheese and that made it the perfect Paleo meal with dressing on the side. The Smoked apple bacon was to die for and had plenty of chunks because I ordered the large. I was pleasantly surprised.

I have been to this Islands location from time to time over the years. It is your typical islands in the way that it is nice and sided with the decor and atmosphere has decent service and good food. I always just go for the burger and fries and they dont disappoint I specially like that I can have all the fries I like.

This place does not smell oily like other burger places. Kindly and friendly staffs, nice decoration. And the most important things is the big whole delicious burgers with no-limit fried potatoes included. Nothing to complain about this restaurant.

I really enjoy Islands food. Their tortilla soup is my favorite. Service was great; staff was friendly. My only complaint is the bathroom at this location was gross. It needs a serious deep cleaning & disinfecting.

Burgers great just dont order salads, Stay away from all the new dressings theyre terrible, they dont make them any longer someone else does and there the worst, acity and non-flavored dressings now!!!

This is my kids favorite go to place for dinner. Its bad when you know the waitresses names and theyve got your kids names memorized. We really enjoy this location because everyone is so friendly.

Went for dinner with my Sweetie and some friends of ours. Food was pretty good, service was good, employees were friendly. Will probably return for a meal next time we are in the area.
