So the only reason Ill give it two stars is that the food was edible. I waited an hour and ten minutes for my pizza to be delivered two blocks. Why order delivery if I only live two blocks away? Well, because Im sick. And I didnt feel like getting out of bed. And pizza sounded good. WOW! Epic mistake. In fact, maybe the food was edible because I AM sick and I have no sense of smell or taste. Besides the pizza taking long enough for them to have gone out and milked the cow to make the cheese, it came hot but soggy. That tells me it was made, set aside, and then reheated. Im guessing here. But whatever, it was gross. Weve had their pizza before and it was decent. Nothing to write home to mama about, but edible. This time it was barely even that. With all of the pizza choices we have, we wont ever be back. And they certainly wont be delivering again to our house.

Bought a pizza last night and I am very disappointed. We tried this place thinking it would be good pizza with its reviews on Google but unfortunately it was a disaster of a choice. Do not trust Google reviews ! Not worth your time or your pocket. Pizza was very unappealing and very dry. No sauce on the meat lovers, the pepperoni looked more like meet you would find on a falafel at a Greek restaurant. The Greek pizza had only pure cheese and sun dried tomatoes, overloaded with spinach to the max, was not expecting that! I would say this place needs to at least give a little effort to their pizza making. The pizza was cut in such an odd angle, weird slice sizes. Most places will make the same crust pizza with two different toppings however you can tell this place did not, and had two different crusts like they had cut an old pizza in half and slabbed it on the pizza box...

Spoke with the owner about how dissatisfied we were with the pizza we had ordered after it took over and hour to deliver. Once we received the pizza it was completely soggy. I told the owner and he claims he has done business for 30 years and his vegetarian pizza is supposed to be soggy. I will never order from the business and the fact that he didnt care and didnt offer to do anything right by the customer. It was $65 in total and a complete waste of money.

OK, I probably order from here at least once a week. Actually being from Brooklyn, I was shocked by how much a "pie" cost here in CA. I found that West Brooklyn has the best value, it tastes great and I wont go broke eating it, but that is just the beginning... when we order delivery it shows up faster than I expect and is actually HOT... go figure! The whole staff is very nice and the owner is hands on with the business, which shows integrity to me.

We ate at Brooklyn pizza last night. The pizza half vegetarian and half meat was not good !!. The veg half had no flavor and the meat half a bit better but the pizza was soggy !! Anyway we enjoy next day pizza. This pizza was a Soggy mess the next morning!!! . Unedible to say the least. Pizza should Never be like this!!. Will never eat here again . Please see all reviews before eating at or ordering from this place! BEWARE !!

Real east coast style pizza in a little joint. Ordered a slice to see if it was worth a whole pie order. Love that you have to fold it. Waitress means business, no frills, but has the heart to ask customers what they want the tv to play..."anyone want to watch a movie?", " basket ball game"... Two secs later NBA is on. Who knew such a location has such a gem.

Have gone there for pizza for over 20 years and it's still as good as ever. Plenty of toppings, great flavor, and courteous service. I always get onion and garlic and my husband gets onion and pepperoni. Nice large salads with more than lettuce. Love their house Italian dressing. AND they have chocolate egg creams made with real U Bet chocolate syrup!

Meatlovers was awesome. I was a bit concerned it might have "too" much beefy chunks but there was slices and o was it good. The garlic bites were good but could have took a little more garlic goodness on the outside bites. The center was Devine! They were fast and prompt.

Excellent family friendly restaurant! Fair prices for pizza and pitchers of beer. Not trying to reinvent the wheel here. Just good food and service. I especially recommend if you have children with you. I will definitely eat here again with my family!

Bought a half Sicilian(square with THICK crust) West Brooklyn combo with anchovies for about $20. Got way more than I expected, that thing was heavy. Best thick crust Ive had. Great pizza!

Great little place with good food. Especially for being in a bit of a run down area. No big complaints but I am going there more and more for my lunch time pizza needs.

This place is tight. Smashes everywhere else in San Rafael. Fair price and fast as hell. I never write these things. My roommate is the #1 hater and he "is backin it"

Yummy!! They make a super nice pizza, and you enjoy a nice view if you score a window seat. Located in a historic building with lots of old charm.
