So I placed a order September 12th. I knew they closed at one and I knew me ordering the pizza at 1250 was a little mean but I had just got to home from work and didnt wanna cook. I went to get bread sticks and a personal pizza. They called after 1 and told me they were " out of everything I wanted to order" and I asked how because its just dough. They offered if I wanted to get a large and pay the difference. Why would I want a large to myself? My fiance placed a order at 1259 for a large and they called saying they were out of everything he wanted. A 2-liter Pepsi and a large pizza? Mhm. Interesting because they just offered me it. Wanna tell me how a pizza joint can be out of dough? But when I neighbor ordered it ( I got the idea of pizza from seeing their delivery) not even 1 minutes before they seemed to be just fine. The girl I had talked to was extremely disrespectful and I will be going farther then the GM to complain. I order from pizza hut every time but its amazing how every time I order it by 1245 theyre always out of every thing I want. Mhm.

Look , Pizza Hut is what it is. I dont expect the food to be of superior quality. What I DO expect is to have the menu items that thye advertise. Tonite was the THIRD TIME in less than a month that we have ordered Pan Pizza only to have them call 5 min. after we ordered it to say they are out of that type of Pizza dough !! like seriously ?? I could see it happening late at night, once in a long while, but virtually every time we order from this location, they are out of Pan Pizza ! ... tonite they were out of Breadsticks too.. I would NOT reccommend ordering anything from this store. Youll most likely NOT get what you wanted, and theyll try and convince you to order something else. I will give them a small prop in that tonite they offered us a discount. Still not happy with the service here at all.

So we dont normally get pizza, however the last time we did it was pretty good. Since the last manager left, I have heard nothing but complaints from people about the service. Having said that, I decided to order a pizza anyway. First, she said it would be 11$ (of course delivery fees put it at $13). Then I had to wait 1hr and 36 min. for the thing (more than double the 45min. she said it would take). The delivery person was nice, and the pizza was average. I would not have been as mad, but it was dinner for my kids ( who ended up in bed 2hrs late due to the wait). In fact, I had made them something else to eat and they were almost done when the pizza arrived. Not to mention that the service lady was very rude. NEVER ordering from there again!

Unfortunately I gave this place too many opportunities to get my order correct, as well as deliver pizza that was actually hot. I love Pizza Hut for their pan pizza that has a nice crisp to their crust... every time I have ordered from this place, the crust has had the consistency of rubber... AND the pizzas have never been hot... more like the temperature of bath water. Not to mention if you ever request condiments such as ranch or pepper flakes, they may possibly remember them, but likely not. Whoever runs this joint is a space cadet and needs to reevaluate their system. I thought there is no way this place only deserves 2 stars, but I now understand why they have a 2 star rating.

Stopped by between matinee and 7pm movies at Mt. Hood Theater and theyre out of the square dough for the $10 box so told me to orders something else. A mom comes in with her kids and they offer the same deal but with a medium circle pizza instead of square. Just because Im young doesnt mean I dont deserve the same consideration. I complained to the Area Manager and she didnt even care. They almost didnt give me the sauce that came with the pizza we ended up ordering and when they finally gave me one it was barely half full. We got ham and pineapple but there was barely any topping and the dipping bites around the pizza were burnt. Never going here again.

Really, I dont even know what the 1 star would be for. The worst pizza Ive ever had. Honestly, it tasted like a cheap pizza that was left out on the counter for a of couple days. I cant even believe I paid $23 for this garbage. Especially for like $2 more I could have gotten a Giuseppes pizza, which is the best pizza ever! My husband and I ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas with extra cheese, half pepperoni and half sausage. I couldnt even see the cheese on this pizza! It was cold when it arrived and barely any sauce on it. I will never order Pizza Hut pizza again. What a rip off.

So I order my pizza last time(2 weeks ago) pizza drop my marinara sauce on my front porch, he didnt say anything about it. I found it on the following morning as I was headed to work, to the left side of my door. You could see skid marks from it being push to the side. Tonight at 5:25 I ordered my pizza, was told to be at my house in about 45 minutes. Its 630, I called to check on my order he just left. so I will receive my pizza and about 20mins. Horrible deliver time and obviously dont care about service

Its friday night so i understand it taking an hour and a half to get our pizza, pasta, and wings. but what i dont appreciate is the fact that everything was cold. the cheese was congealed on the pasta. the wings are cold enough that i feel they need to be warmed up before eating and the pasta is cold to the point where the metal tin is actually cold. when i called to talk to a manager i got put on hold for 13 min and then gave up. wont be ordering from them again. plenty of other options for pizza.

My preteen ordered a pizza online from this location but after much thought of all the other things he could spend 30 dollars earned doing yard work he had second thoughts. I took him in and explained to the associate working the counter asking if there were any deals to adjust his price and she helped make the price more reasonable. Very happy she did so. Shortly after he shares his pizza with the 2 local homeless guys with *hungry signs by Winco. Little of that..pay it forward. =0)

I ordered a pizza for a friend and told them at least four different times throughout the conversation that I wanted absolutely NO CHEESE on the pizza and was assured there would be no cheese. My friend got it home, guess what.... theres parmesian cheese on it. So then we called to tell them about the problem and they argued with me telling me I must have ordered it that way. GGRRRRRR Thatll be the end of me ordering from them again.

Completely Horrible never getting my business ever again waited a whole hour before my pizza came without my wings I ordered and it was cold sauce was everywhere I called back to get my reorder it never came called again an hour later they tried to give me excuses as to why it was bad I know places where there is only one pizza joint in a moderate big place and its faster and better service than this was. Never again
