Well Los Moles you would thin that is has plenty of variety of mole options... well no we went there about 6:30 on a Thursday night. The service was quick and pleasant, got sited right away. The place was somewhat revamped from the old Las Camelias restaurant but still had remnants of it. The drinks were good, unfortunately after my first mango chelada they ran out of mango (WHAT!!) so I had to settle for peach that tasted more like orange and lime margarita that a chelada. then I try to order a green mole to be told they ran out (WHAT AGAIN!) I settle for Red Mole that was runny and blend, not a lot of flavor from spices or peppers. The chicken is a quarter breast that looked like it was factory grilled and re-heated on a microwave to be cover with mole. My children order a Huarache that was more like a the bottom of a 6 inch louis vuitton high heel shoe that a traditional huatache. We had a Gordita that was ok but also factory made and thrown into the fryer. I know this is a new place but with the food flavor, quantities and competition across the street at tequeria El Valle a four star restaurant, I give it about 4 month if any before they are out of business. oh I forgot to mentioned the prices are average of $15 a plate with drinks and ended up spending $140 for 4 adult and 2 kids

I came here for Taco Tuesday: 12 bucks for all you can eat Tacos. I managed to eat an overly large quantity of 12 tacos, which were pretty good, but if I want to eat more quality rather than quantity, Id do something other than the all you can eat Tacos. Unfortunately the meat you put in the tacos generally isnt that tasty; youll have to fill your tacos up with caramelized onions and other things to bring it from OK to good. Ive also had their nachos there, and they are incredibly tasty. I plan on coming back to try some mole.

We have been twice at this location, and both times we have been so happy at the brunch time! Having handmade tortillas is so good, and having the opportunity to try all of the moles is a plus, besides their two different rices, black beans, fried beans, and great salsas! The desserts: fried bananas, with the option of condensed mild, or honey, vanilla, or cafe flans, coconut or strawberry mini gelatins, fruit, cafe de olla! And keeping the "cantaros" at the tables is really neat, since the water tastes so refreshing!

Tried the chicken enmoladas and they have been the best ones I have tried in the Statesfrom among all the so called authentic Mexican restaurants. All the ambience is great since you are served on typical Lil old towns/ communities (pueblitos) artisan dishes made of pottery which I think its really cool. They serve this Big I glasses of Michelada or 1litter for 9bucks if you are into moles, this is your place

Worst chicken burrito Ive ever had in my entire life. Every bite of chicken had some sort of unchewable nastiness, maybe fat maybe a tendon, but every single bite!!!! Disgusting and unedable. Will never return to find out if beef is good because beyond the nasty chicken the burrito was plain very flavorless. The chips brought to the table were cold and the iced tea tasted like flowers which I personally hate.

This place has a great feel to it. The restaurant feels like its authentic Mexican food. I love mole so I had to try all the different moles which the restaurant has a chicken plate for that in which you can pick four different kinds of mole for $16. This plate however is a little difficult to eat because the bones are left in the chicken and you have to hunt for the bones in the mole the whole time.

We went on Fathers day which is one of only two days in the year that they do a buffet style meal here (the other being Mothers day). It was good, but because I didnt get to see a menu, I didnt really know what I was getting. Not their fault, we made online reservations so they never had an opportunity to tell us about it. However I imagine it would have been better ordered off the menu.

I was lucky enough to get invited to a surprise birthday dinner here for my Buddy Byron. It was Taco Tuesday and I have to say, what a great deal for great food. $12 for all you can eat tacos and I tried all three kinds. Ive been back a couple of times now on Taco Tuesday and it has always been just as good. Last time out they had Carnitas, Chorizo and Veggie.

I came by on a Tuesday and had delicious all you can eat Tacos! You serve yourself and pick what you want. So good! Also had the happy hour Margarita for $5!! This place is beautiful inside. The food is home made and fresh. Jessica is friendly and makes a good drink. I will be back and bring my friends!

The ambiance is charming with a latin flare. The service is very good but the food lacks flavor! Most dishes are mole sauce based, which I love, but the taste is bland! An ideal restaurant for good margaritas, chips and salsa.

Chips were super stale. Burrito (carne asada) was ok, though the carne asada had zero seasoning whatsoever, and tasted none too fresh. Told the waiter the chips were stale, he didnt bother to offer fresh ones...

There are tons of great little taquerias in Marin but this is one of the few really nice sit-down dinner places for great Mexican food and margaritas.
