Came here because 1) great reviews on Yelp and 2) Yelp offered a deal for this place- $30 for $15. Take advantage of the deal while you can! The strip this restaurant is on is a bit sketchy at night but has some of the best ethnic restaurants in Marin. This is the best Mediterranean Ive found in Marin so far, but dont come here expecting fluffy pita. They serve a flatbread instead, which tastes like flat form of pita. I actually prefer my wraps in the flatbread because the bread doesnt overwhelm the deliciousness inside. If you cant decide what to get for starters, get the trio and choose three small dishes! Lamb and beef were delicious-- Ill have to try falafael and baklava next time. Pros: Great food and variety. Good service, skilled waitress. Cons: Slightly uncomfortable booths. Sold out of baklava when dessert is the most important part.

My favorite thing about this place is its employees. The service is excellent. I judge service based off of "daily tasks" + unexpected occurrences/priorities". My favorite employee is the server, Amanda. She does everything she can in the time alloted and the tools available to her to get the job done comfortably and correctly. As for the food: do you want American-ized or authentic [semi-customizable] Persian/Mediterranean cuisine with American options? Come here to find out.

So incredibly yummy. You can tell that a lot of pride goes into the cooking. Authentic, fresh, flavorful dishes. Prices more than reasonable. Only disappointed they ran out of baklava (which I heard was to die for). So cool to find out that takeout and catering are possibilities. Definitely an address to put in your Favorites.

Overrated stars. We are from La and were in the area, wanting to avoid Friday traffic so we gave a shot at this place because of 4.4 stars. Rice was awful,Chicken was dry as chuck and shirazi salad was really bad. And for what they offer you its pretty over priced. First and last time at this place.

The food was delicious! This place has a very laid back atmosphere and service. Our experience here was very nice. Probably not the best choice if youre in a hurry. Its tucked away on the side/back of a strip mall, so not the best location, but it does have a view of the canal/Marina.

Drove out of my way to come here because there is no Mediterranean food in Sonoma. Very friendly, attentive staff. Hearty portions - had a great chicken kebab with a delicious side salad and rice. I also loved the hummus. Plenty of leftovers and the price point is great. Yum!

Ive only had the wraps in the couple times Ive been there, but they were really good. Based on the quality and flavorings, I would expect the rest of the menu to also be very good. Looking forward to trying more!

I tried their Koobideh,it was nice actually, the reason Im giving only 4 stars is,Im a persian and have had better Koobideh Kababs. I definitely come back to taste the other foods.

Had 3 kabobs with the family meal. All tasted great but they were out of yogurt sauce which would have added even more to the flavor. Very large portions. Good drinks as well.

Always great, given the owner is there. Been going there for a long time. When owner is absent, rice is greasier and kebabs are a bit burnt - specially the onion.

I was dishwasher for this place last year and the crew has a well maintained kitchen and they really cook some delicious plates. This is the place to go hungry.

Greasy Kabobs which is not normal. Quick but not friendly service and terrible rice. I ordered "Koobideh" which was definitely below average, like way below.
