With Equator youre always assured of two things, really great coffee, and employees who never really seem to like the people who frequent their shops. Im not sure why, but no matter what location you go to, your being in the shop always seems like an inconvenience for the folks working behind the counter. With that said, the Larkspur store is a new location in a cute setting. Theres parking out back, a few seats insides and plenty of places to sit outside. Theres usually a small selection of pastries, donuts and in this location, ice cream sandwiches. Equator still offers the best coffee in Marin, so its a no brainer.

Equator is great for cyclists. The coffee is excellent for starters. Its located right on the main road through Larkspur. Theres a bike rack and a nice patio with amble outdoor seating and two clean bathrooms on premise. Also good for non-cyclists as well.

Coffee is excellent and always worth the trip. Nice sitting area outside! You get what you pay for! You want a cheap cuppa? There are lots of places that sell hot brown liquids. You want an excellent cuppa? This is your spot.
