The customer service at this location was okay! The quality of the food was great! But the cleanliness of the store is really bad! It doesnt really matter which store I go into when it comes to In-N-Out Burger it seems to me that they do not care about the cleaniness of their stores. This is just one example of a location that Ive been too. Ive had some pictures so you can see what that looks like! There was a time when In-N-Out Burger used to mean something here in Southern California! But in the last 10 years the growth has been enormous, but the ability to keep their stores clean have gone down! Granted, I know that these stores are generally very busy, but they should have a full-time person cleaning the dining room! I feel that they do not care! I have called their corporate office so many times, and they keep claiming that their stores are never dirty! But in this case, they just do not really care!

In-n-out is one of the most quintessential LA experiences you can have both as an angelino and as a traveler. While they have many locations each strives to deliver the same quality of services that the franchise is know for, this means that they choose fresher ingredients and serve them the same day they received them. This is one of the biggest reasons why this chain have so much fandom. It doesnt matter if you are a meat eater or a vegetarian there is something for you here. Their buns are tasty, their vegetables are fresh, and everything is made to order the way you want. Even if you have other restaurants chains that you favor, you owe it to yourself to at least see what all the fuss is about.

As always, In-N-Out is one of the best fast foods places on the planet, practically no one does consistency in taste & service better which leads to probably the only down side from a customers point of view, & thats that THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY!!! I have yet to see an In-N-Out burger place ANYWHERE IVE EVER BEEN that has them & that place NOT have a line half way around the drive thru!? EVERYBODY LOVES IN-N-OUT BURGERS!!! But this one has something extra... its in the heart of all the attractions of HOLLYWOOD!

A very busy place that is always a fairly long wait. The staff are hard-working, friendly and efficient, especially in the long drive-thru lane as I could see they had servers taking orders well before the order board. The kitchen staff are all impressive to watch as they diligently pump out fresh, delicious food! There are some outdoor tables with umbrellas to eat at beyond the decently large indoor dining area. The parking lot is very, very busy and could pose some danger to pedestrians.

Cashier experience was amazing. But the people on the other side left our to go order out for a long time only focusing on the dine ins. We asked the guy twice to check on our order and he did not turn around and grab our bags that were sitting there for a while until I had to tell him to turn around and look. Our food is cold and he forgot my shake until my dad reminded him. Asked for grilled onions on the double double and they put it on the hamburger.

Well Saturday morning family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids, ages 10, 8 , 6, 4, next thing you know three of my little ones order plane burgers simple order right? Guess what they get the wrnighymare , your worst nightmare right? Nope Vicky jumped into action and and fix my order. A gentleman Jose brought our plane burgers and saved the day!!!!!!! Artisanal continues to live up to its reputation. We had the tasting menu this time, and the food was excellent -- creative and well-thought-out rather than "innovative" combinations that are just weird. While on the pricier side, the quality is first rate. We are so glad that excellent restaurants like Artisanal and Rowlands are part of our local dining options!

WOW VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS INGLEWOOD IN N OUT!!! THIS IS HOW EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD BE!!! THIS IN N OUT GOES ABOVE & BEYOND WITH THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE. NOT TO MENTION THE HUSTLE & SENCE OF URGENCY THE EMPLOYEES HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THE COSTUMERS!! EVERY TIME I VISIT IM NEVER DISAPPOINTED , GREAT TASTING & LOOKING BURGERS N FRIES!!! I order 5 cheese burgers and 3 double double all with onions and 7 fries I was charged for $39.14. I lived 7 miles away after I got home I only got 6 fries, a fries missing and only 2 burgers got onions in them,the burgers were cold,it really got me upset,I advise everyone to double check their oder before leaving.the one on SUNSET ILL GIVE THEM 5 STARS

The lines though, drive through will take an eternity to move so its best to just park near the building and order inside - still takes a second but better than 45+ minutes outside. If youre a cheap ass then just go to Carls Jr. for their california classic - it tastes like in-n-out as long as you are a really good liar and are good at lying to yourself

I came to California with my grandparents to visit my aunt and uncle and this was right near the hotel we were staying at it was my first time at an in and out burger and it was amazing the staff is very friendly and this is probably the cleanest place I have ever been to the burgers are outstanding I recommend it best burger I have ever had

MY MOM BOUGHT ME SOME IN & OUT AND I LOOKED INSIDE MY BAG JUST NOW AND I FOUND A BABY ROACH IN MY FOOD. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. YOU GUYS SHOULD GO TO THE IN & OUT BY L.A.X. So I am born and raised here, so I know my in-n-out, and while this location isnt bad, it was one of the least standardized locations I have been too. Frys were way saltier than usual (which my bf loved) and even the burgers ratios were not the usual. Not bad, still delicious, but its why I give it 4 instead of 5 :).

the food was atrocious. I understand fries are different than mcdonalds. that does not mean they have to be disgusting and cold and stale. I thought the double double burger was bland and boring. too bad, it was hyped up to be great food, terrible first experience ever. would give zero stars if possible.

low quality workers i asked her for 3 dbl dbl and two fries and she could not process it. Please sir one at a time. I insisted 3 dbl dbl with everything and two fries poor girl head almost blew up..i had to tell her to relax... maybe i made her nervous with hatch and chainsaw in my hand...

The food here is amazing! The employees do a great job cleaning and taking care of you from checking if everything is alright to helping you carry your food out or bringing it to your table. They are so attentive it feels like you truly are guests and this place is always super clean!
