Good service, just lacking in management. A new girl was on the register (last time I went) and she wasnt trained. She messed up my order 4 times when taking my order. I know it wasnt her fault. I mentioned to her that its ok, and that they should have her train another hour shadowing another seasoned cashier. She said she asked for it but manager on duty said they dont have time to train her. Horrible excuse. The manager should have came out of the office and had her Shadow them. Thats how you manage and set your staff for success. The girl kept apologizing but I let her know thats a poor call on management and its not her fault. Management: Get it together or youll be replaced. Cause I know how this company runs and this is not their standard. Training is strictly enforced.

Long story short, its In n Out... Good food, expedite service, and friendly staff. Of the establishments this franchise owns and operates, I would say that it is one of the better to visit as the square footage of the building is large enough to house a dining area while still remaining small enough to not create a madhouse inside even during the busiest of hours. The drive-through on the other hand, totally different story, dinner hours have the line extending half way into the grocery store parking lot and sometimes creating traffic backups onto Western. Not a curse, but not a blessing either. Thats just how the company is in general though, jack of all trades and master of none.

Quaint little restaurant on Wiltshire with the best of service! The chef comes out to greet every table. What restaurant does that these days? The restaurant is a great romantic place to bring a date. Its quiet enough that it feels personable and the ambiance feels like youre at home. Bring your own wine with no corker age fee! The best is the beef bourgeoisie. The steak is also to die for. Great reasonable prices too. One of my favorite French places in all of San Pedro.

Another super cool a christian-based and if you look at the bottom of a cup John 3:16 biblical verse quite impressive I ordered a double double protein style which isnt on the menu but its on the secret menu go ahead and look it up online every In-N-Out has a secret menu its definitely worth a try the animal fries here are hooked up and the staff well youll see for yourself they hustle like no ones hustled before to get your meal pretty quickly

Solid. They will get you in and out in about 15 minutes using the drive through even during the 1130 to 130 lunchtime zone. my only issue is once they forgot to make my fries animal style and another time I got a small shake when I ordered a large, already drove away before I noticed.

Great burgers! I though this was a normal restaurant so when I walked in, I first wanted to walk out. Its a tiny hole-in a wall, with a few metal chairs and tables. However, we stayed and sat down - the best decision ever! Amazing burgers and fun atmosphere.

Great burgers, Very fresh ingredients and a very simple menu for first-timers. If you want your fries extra crispy you can order them well done and I would recommend getting a "protein-style" burgers which is where they use lettuce instead of regular buns.

Best fast food burger hands down. If youre worried about "soggy" fries order them "light well" and theyll fry them 1.5 times making them perfectly golden brown and delicious. Animal style FTW too.

Overrated burger joint. Expect long wait times. Not enough seating inside or outside. Bathrooms are by far the dirtiest of any In-N-Out Ive been to. They get your order wrong one way or another.
