Ive worked for Taco Bell many years ago now. Ever since different management came into place, I have waited for 10-15 min wait just for 2 burritos. The staff that was there last time, was pretty unprofessional and they put sour cream in my burrito when I asked for no sour cream. I went back and asked if I could have a the burrito with out sour cream. (Mind you i did not touch my burrito or bite off it. I saw the sour cream oozing out the back of it) the cashier was pretty helpful luckily, but then I had to spend another almost 10 mins just to get that burrito.

AVOID!. Complete ghetto. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing on a road trip for a quick bite, to be greeted by two homeless guys yelling "were closed!". The entire staff was loitering outside and followed us in line to go back inside to do their job. The manager was a rude young girl bitter at life. She dropped our bag of food on the counter w/o looking nor speaking to us like we were an imposition. I realize its Taco Bell, but atleast put a shred of dignity in your job!

I read this is suppose to be the best taco bell in SLO and that if true is a depressing fact. I ordered the simplest order 3 bean burritos and yet I received no cheese, onions or red sauce not to mention my food was just a tad larger than a hot sauce packet. Cmon Taco Bell I know you can do better than this.

Poor service they are slow specially during lunch time waited 15minutes just got order, lobby full of people waiting for their food!!!

Typical Taco Bell food. My only complaint is they take for ever to get your food. 1/2 hr for 3 Tacos
