My 2 year old and I had a wonderful time at Olive Garden today. Courteous and professional server Stephen made it even better. Their cheese ravioli with the Alfredo sauce and sauté shrimp was DELICIOUS!!! The crispy lettuce on that delicious salad was just the right combination. Their new deal of 2 dinners for $13 is just fabulous. Why go anywhere else. And as if all these reasons werent enough, the parking lot is huge. I consider parking in SLO a premium service. All around a perfect experience. The front hostesses and manager had the most sincere smiles and made us feel extremely welcome. We will be coming back soon.

We went for a friends birthday party, we got the surly waitress. There were two assigned to our group. We left after ordering drinks because we could not handle the attitude. When the other waitress came around to ask if everything was okay we let her know we were leaving and why, we mentioned we were really looking forward to having their bread sticks and before we left she made sure we had a package to go. I wish we had her, I am sure we would have stayed longer to enjoy the party, and to sample their food...alas it was not to be. I am hoping to eventually go back and see if this was just a one time disaster.

We had a late lunch at this Olive Garden yesterday and it was wonderful. The service was spot on and the food was excellent. The waiter was very friendly, and checked to see if we needed refills at a comfortable pace. Best of all, after getting home, I discovered Id left my watch on the table. When I called, the waiter, John had found the watch and turned it in to the manager for safe keeping until I can return to claim it. I would highly recommend this restaurant for both the service and the food. I will be returning often for a relaxing, enjoyable meal with family and friends.

Its been YEARS since Ive been to an Olive Garden. Maybe its my nostalgia, maybe its my experience, maybe its my desire to share but when I took my kids there I was a bit disappointed in the flavor of the food. The service was stellar. Our waiter was Johnny-On-The-Spot and very pleasant. but the food... The food was, in my opinion, over priced for what you get. It was too salty and was reminiscent of a buffett. A decent buffet, but a buffet none the less. At upwards of $20 a plate I think Ill steer clear in the future and just hold on to my better memories.

Got there on time for our reservation . It took 35 mins just to get the salad the. 45 mins to get our food . It was late and we are from out of town& Kids were tired. We asked for manager because the awful service we told her then she never came back to tell us anything about our bill. She sent someone else out to do her dirty work. The other waiter helping the waitress was awful he told us why our meals never came out was because our meals looked bad what ever that meant. Awful awful service everyone else kept coming and going.

Stopped in for lunch. Seated quickly. Ordered the "Neverending, soup,salad and bread sticks". It was neither never-ending ( had to request refills from the bus person as our server was MIA), nor soup ( kind of like Progresso out of a can with shells added). Additional bread sticks came after we requested our check and no water or ice tea refills. Next time I take my 80-something year old Mom out to lunch, I will save my time and money and buy her a hot dog from Costco across the street.

I get the feeling that they are trying to trick you into paying more. Theres a tablet on the table that has games, and it charges you to use it. But the text that says youll be charged is tiny and the "play now" button is huge. I also asked for some marinara for the breadsticks and didnt realize it would cost me so much for a little cup of it. I wish the waitress would have mentioned the cost. Its ok food and can be really inexpensive if you are careful.

Sometimes Olive Garden gets a bad rap from foodies, but this particular Olive Garden turns out to be pretty good when we visited. The food was tasty, well cooked and the service was exceptional. Hats off to Jarred who provided us with incredible service, all nicely priced. No its not authentic Italian, but its pretty awesome Americanized Italian food with quality ingredients. Nice job guys!

Chicken Masala was horrible. It was supposed to be chicken sliced and stuffed. Instead it was 2 hard and dry pieces of chicken on top of one other. The waitress left us sitting for 40 minutes after we were done eating waiting for the check. I was very tempted to leave without paying for the trash food and lies about what was being served. Ill never go back!

For a concept restaurant, Olive garden in SLO is managed well and serves good food. The staff bar none are well mannered and service is impeccable. We particulaly like the soup and salad combo. For me the minestone soup is the best I have ever tasted. Generally we eat lunch and then take home a dinner to share later in all cases this has worked well

Food is great, but is quite racial in here. As i walked in with my girlfriend to have lunch together, when the greeter heard my fluent accent she gaved the menus to this other lady that sat us at a lonely spot away from the crowd which were mostly Caucasians sitting in an isolated group. Sad to see racial discrimination going on till this day.

Olive Garden - same menu here as any other OG; the soup, salad & breadsticks combo is all I need to leave full. Service is good during quiet times, painfully slow during peak hours. They can accommodate large parties with a little advanced notice, but pull servers from other areas to cover groups which leaves other tables being ignored.

Lousy service. Couldnt manage to bring more than one bowl of soup for the all you can eat soup and SALAD. They refused to make it right. Also, Olive Garden has no head chef and serves the same quality of food you can get at McDonalds at a higher price. Hopefully your girlfriend doesnt like it... This place is subpar.

Me and my mother came in before we had to go to the airport and our server , Matt, was incredible. He got us our food fast and was really friendly. Matt even talked to us about Cal Poly because we went on a tour earlier in the day and had some questions. Overall, give Matt a raise.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is sometimes crowded on the weekend but, they have a good food selection and its nice to sit at the bar for a cocktail and a bite. I have never had a bad experience.

I called to have an order ready at 12:15 I got there early (12)and only waited maybe 3 mins. Got back to work and the food is amazing. Thank you guys and gals for being quick and it still tasting amaxing.
