At first, I expected this place to be a typical sandwich spot with tasty chips, however once I got my food, my views of the place totally changed. The sandwich was pretty good, however the main attraction is definitely the chips and dips! The great part about coming with a large is being able to try almost everything off their menu. The dips are really uniquely flavored, my favorite being the cheesecake. I will say this place is like one of those hole in the wall spots, that you wont know whats good until youve experienced it. Also, I find out pretty cold that their tip jar focuses on education and dance. So tip away, youre doing a good cause!

I must say why doesnt this place have more reviews??? Just had this place today for the 1st time on our little family vacation. LOVED it! The menu is amazing I want to try everything cant wait to make it back to Pismo Beach and get some more homemade chips with them tugboats son! Tugboats are the homemade dipping sauces hat go with the potato chips with cheese, herbs, toppings, bacon???? I ordered the specialty fries "Le Belle" truffle and Parmesan cheese with chipotle and beer cheese tugboats!!!!! Thank you guys can I have a job there please?

Great homemade chips with every kind of spice or speciality items added to them if requested. Ask for them to be made fresh when you order. My first time there the chips were phenomenal and right out of the fryer. One garlic and parmesan & one jalapeno & chili with your choice of dip. I got onion & chipotle. The second time they were cold and tasted old. Not so good. Like they were made ahead of time and sitting there. I was told they make each persons fresh when you order, so I was not happy. I was do craving them.

Being vegan I didnt have many places to choose from to eat at, I was so happy to see some vegan options on the menu. Its always hit and miss trying new places, but this was a definite hit! The port Bella Bella was so delicious! I went back the next day to have another, and I will definitely go back when in the area again. Thank you for having something for everyone!

Sandwiches should be allowed to be this good. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough. Love the chef (shes a sweet heart), love the food, love the tugboats (go with the cheesecake or loaded baked potato, it pairs well with the basic chips you get with your meal), I love it all.

The sandwich i had was really good but the thing they are known for the "chips" were way overcooked, Very hard to chew, and just gross. If i want a sandwich next time i return to pismo i will just tell them to leave out the chips

We came here for the chips and enjoyed them. It wasnt mind blowing but the fresh, flavorful take on chips brought new life to what has turned into a fast food, bulk processed snack. Worth stopping by to nom on a boat of flavor :)

Dips tasted so fresh. We never had ranch like that. The chips were a little overcooked and some were hard. The tuna sandwich was the best weve had.
