Worst first time experience ever....Omg so I get there and its only a few people ahead of me so Im like great this should go fast. It did not. I did not like the subway style pizza set up and idk if the place I went to was short staffed or what but it took them almost 20 minutes just to make the pizza. Then they lost our pizza and gave it away to another customer. I had to go up to the counter and question them about my pizza, Marissa had no idea where the pizza was and offered to make another one. By then it was a hour and I was like no I do not want another pizza made since it took this long so I requested a refund. She then told me that she could not authorize a refund and offered a free pizza coupon. I did not want that because I had decide that I was never going to eat there and requested a refund. She again states she will have to give me a card. She comes back and gives me a one free pizza card...After the purchase of another pizza and doesnt even say anything about it. I go back up there like hey... This says I have to buy a pizza first in order to get another pizza. Shes like oh no you can use it for the free pizza. I was like no I rather just have my money back...So it ended with me having to call corporate and meeting up with him for the refund since Im not about eat at Pieology ever.

Food is great, service is slow and the workers all have attitude. Im not expecting stellar service at a fast casual, especially when its 30 mins to closing, but when you look like youd rather be anywhere but work, maybe you shouldnt work. The employee Im talking about at this particular Pieology is Alyssa. I applaud her for handling everyones orders but with all the mean looks and sighing I did not feel like I was being treated as a paying customer. I made an effort to be polite; pleases and thank yous were said but not once did she change her attitude. Edit: changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star when the person giving pizza gave my pizza as well as another customers pizza to the customer. Seriously? Two pizzas. Two receipts (one on each box) and you cant read? I even had my little placard on the edge of the table. This whole Pieology is filled with incompetent employees.

A cool place to build your own pizza. Good thing here is they dont charge per topping and you the pizza takes about five minutes to cook in their hot oven. The think crust very good and crunchy and the toppings are just perfect. Although Papa Murphy has the best value, there are times when you we each want our own pizza and at about $9.00 each its a pretty decent lunch. Their assembly line is a bit unique; the first person handles the dough, the sauce and the cheese; then they push it to the next person for the vegetables, and then to the next person for the meat and then to the next person to put in the oven. Sunday are real bad as its packed and staff tries their best to clean the place.

The Chipotle of pizza. Like the idea of customization with unlimited toppings, and the cost was competitively priced. Went on a Thursday afternoon, and it was busy. About 15 people ahead of me. Wait time from end of the line placing an order was about 30 minutes. Found out later that you can order online and pick up, which may be a quicker option. I ordered the Alfredos Alfredo and added the spicy chicken, which was super delicious. Dining area was small. This location is conventionally located in the Marina Square Center, which is nice.

I got an oblong pizza. With some wrong toppings. When I mentioned the mistake All I recieved was a look of confusion. I know this is the first stop for people on their career path so I understand. But the word of the day is SITUATIONAL AWARENESS be alert and aware of ypir surroundings and the task at hand. That oblong ugly pizza is not what I ordered but was delicious anyways. Rise up pizza people the future os yours of you are aware of it. Peace

Idont recommend it. It was terrible. It was my first and my last time I go there. Pizza is really small and they were cheap with their toppings. Not worth spending $9. Make sure you dont have Marissa Flores make your pizza. I think digiorno pizza is better than this joint.

Parking is a nightmare as it is shared with the rest of the shopping center. The food was good and relatively quick once you ordered. Not cheep, but you can get each person their own personalized pizza and for my family it make for 2 meals for each of us.

My Aunt Karen took me to this place and I loved it that I have been three more times. I love the fact I can create my own pizza and they dont mind adding more WITHOUT an extra charge love this place. Add more toppings

I guess I got lucky. I did had trouble finding a parking spot and only two people were in front of me. Pizza was great but I am not a fan of the thin pizza. After I finish paying the line was slightly long.
