I previously placed a review because the food was good but we went on an off day. So for fathers day we went and they literally have 15 to 20 tables. Although 1/2 the place was empty, they had the tables partitioned off and reserved. We asked they lady why cant we just sit at the table and her response was that these are reserved but well seat you as soon as these customers finish packing and leave. We said, your reserved customers are not here, how about we sit here and when that table leaves you can give that to them. Rudely she replied, its fathers day you should have reserved. Now my issue here is the tone of voice and service. As a small restaurant you cannot afford stupidity. The rule of sales is to turn tables. What idiot would save an empty table and lose customers? If you knew you would have a table ready in a few minutes, why would you make people wait? We left and I dont think well ever be back. Seems like their priorities are not in the service. That was a $150 tab that they lost.

Weve been looking for a good Persian restaurant after Cafe Dizi in Campbell closed, and we may have now found it. Ziba is conveniently located close to the Willow Glen area in the same shopping center with Lunardis. The decor is lovely and low-key. The food is wonderful, the portions generous, and the service friendly. We ordered three appetizers and three entrees and they literally would not all fit on our table! The meat dishes are truly impeccable.
