Do not waste your time going here. First of all, there is absolutely no parking. This is the worst spot to put a busy place like this. Second, the wait is ridiculous. We waited 45 minutes to get our drinks wrong. Third, this place is way overpriced. Getting a drink in a camera cup is 9 bucks???? And on top of the overpriced drinks, they arent even good. The ice cream includes the cone and the scoop for "4 dollars." Little did you know, the cone is an extra $1.50. Oh you wanted two scoops? Thatll be 7.50. This place throws in little extra priced things that you dont even know are extra unless you ask. Since were still on the topic of the ice cream, one scoop sits on top of the cone and you have the whole cone filled with nothing. Youre better off going to the store and buying a bucket of ice cream, and a box of cones for the same price. Take my advice, do not waste your time. If you want quality Milk tea, go to Pekoe.

Not exactly what I was hoping for on grand opening day waited 40 mins and gave up. Thinking there must be better days to come when the hype settled down. Came back less than a week later with higher expectations. Sadly, that wasnt the case, but at least parking was a lot easier. The all-female staff were nice and welcoming with girlie smiles doing what theyre trained to do. To me, the place is just a regular boba shop with four choices of drink bottle to choose from and ice cream (not rolled). Drinks listed appears to resembled rivals just under a different name. My Hangar 24 was too syrupy tasting like over-the-top sweetness and more. Chamoy wasnt enough to balance out the flavors. Apple chunks were no where to be seen or tasted. Poppin boba was a measly half once worth. Youre really not missing much if you dont come, but most will want to try just to check it out. Good luck and more power to you.

Sometimes I ask myself why I stand in long lines for things like boba in a lightbulb. Since there was a long line (about 30-40 min on a Sunday afternoon), we had plenty of time to decide what we wanted. I wanted The Hangar 24 in a lightbulb, but they said they couldn’t fit the slush into it. I feel like they could have, but it just would have been a little more effort. I got that in a normal cup instead and we got the 50/50 in a lightbulb. I liked The Hangar 24. It’s fresh mango slush with chamoy and apple chunks and popping boba. It was a good combination of sweet and tart and had a good kick from the chamoy. I really liked the 50/50. It had ice milk, egg pudding, honey boba and caramel. If you like caramel (which I actually normally don’t), this one is really good. It wasn’t too sweet which I liked as well. Overall, the drinks were good and I enjoyed them. I would come back for the 50/50.

First off, customer service was awful. Very impatient employees. and I believe in my case it was due to race. Im Mexican and I noticed a difference how they treated others , such as Asians( mostly what was there in the shopping center) they got treated nicely as I got treated with attiude. I was nearly rushed to quickly order, when there was no one in line. I wanted to say something but didnt want my drink spit on. Because her and the others seemed as if they would do such a thing. They had ugly attitude as if they hated their job and putting a fake smile. igot the watermelon heaven drink and it was good. But totally something that couldve been made at home. Also parking was bad because Of the area being a shopping center. You have to park across the street. Over all, wouldnt recommend due to lack of patience and ugly attitude.

My friends and I tried this place earlier this week after seeing pictures from friends on Instagram. We all ordered something different so we had a variety of options to taste. I dont remember all the drinks we got but they included the house iced coffee, spicy watermelon, Thai tea, and some drink with green tea in it. The only decent one was the Thai tea, everything else was bland and watery. The cashier was excellent though, she was helpful and very friendly. We ended up waiting for our drinks for over 30 minutes and it was not busy at all, not sure why it took so long. Maybe our drinks were complicated to make? Sadly, the drinks were not worth the wait time so we are most likely not coming back for more.

Whats the hype about? I came ten minutes prior to opening and was left standing. I then quickly pull out my credentials and was told person in charge is on their way. This place is just a ordinary boba place with no more than fifteen seats. With four employees, they took forever to make drinks. The cashier girl wasnt informative or wanting to describe their drinks. I got a taro fantasy drink with boba, but didnt like it. Watery with not much flavors, but boba pearls were somewhat edible. Yeah, I came and see, and left in disbelief.

Its a small place that doesnt look too appealing from outside, or from the shopping plaza its located in. I like that they have a picture and description of their drinks against the wall, right away when you enter. I tried the Strawberry Hibiscus and the Thai Tea in the split cup (cool, because you get to try 2). You can also order drinks in a small light bulb shaped cup or a camera lens one. Costs about $5-6.

There is a lot of hype about this cafe. It might not be in one of the nicest locations but it is well worth a visit. I am still on the fence regarding organic, but the drinks and ice-cream we had tasted great. The Ice-cream is super colorful, with flavors like avocado, green tea, strawberry crunch and cookie monster. I have green tea and strawberry which paired great. This place is well worth a visit!!

Seasonal drinks are a great treat. Went in on a Wednesday night between 10pm - 11pm. There was ample parking and no line around this time compared to going during daytime when the other shops around the plaza are open for business. Got the hangar 24 and the New Yorker. Good selection of beverages and icecream, sad to not see the crepe cake on the menu at this location.

The drinks are good, and the prices are pretty fair. Check out the menu on the website before going. The down side to this place is its location. The shopping center looks old and run down. Plus, there are lots of questionable people who hang around, and homeless people living in tents nearby. So be careful.

Not worth it and in the worst possible location. Limited parking, in a pink strip mall that allows tons of homeless people to camp in the parking lot and on the side walks just a few feet from the entrance. Very few boba drinks, primally tea drinks. Avoid this place.

I had my first coffee there and now Im hooked. I live in Austin, Texas and I wish you guys would open one here. Austin doesnt have any place that is good and different as your drinks. I tell my friends at work about you guys. Austin will be a great place to open one.
