I like Panera Bread but, today, they gave me very poor customer service. I ordered and paid for Soba Noodle Soup and a you pick 2 soup/salad combo to go. They later found out that they do not have the Soba Noodle Soup. The server kept on insisting they can replace it with pasta. I dont know if it was for convenience (if the price is the same) but how exasperating can anybody be. She finally stopped offering the pasta when I told her that "pasta is not soup". Duh!!! I told her I wanted the Soba Noodle Soup replaced with a cup of Chicken and Wild Rice. They did not want to prepare the replacement until after I paid $5.77 for it even though I had a credit of $8.75 for the Soba Noodle Soup. What were they thinking! That I will I run away and not pay for the $5.77 cup of soup and not get my $8.75 refund. Please, have some trust; dont insult your customers.

Ordered sourdough bread and some bagels online. It said it would be ready in 10 min. I got there 15 min. later and it was not ready, then they took another 10 min looking for the order, it was getting ridiculous! They finally found it and proceeded to get my order with no rush at all. When I asked what happened, the lady simply said, "oh we didnt see it", WHAT!? The people that work here are a joke! I ordered it online because I was in a hurry. Well that didnt work out!

Nice vegitarian options. Easy computerized self order terminal, that offers the option to purchase discounted pastries before you submit. Food was ready in under 10 mins and was super yummy! When we couldnt finish, it was easy to wrap up our food and go. Up at the counter they had a little area with different size lids and boxes. Very convenient! Bathrooms and dining area. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a nice place to grab a quick bite!!

Panera has amazing food and is a great place to study and eat with friends. However, IT IS FREEZING COLD IN THERE !!!!! Bring a jacket to be comfortable. Sundays are really busy but the tables are large and the quailty of food makes this place my go to spot for lunch and studying. :D

Love this place !! They have a great selection of pastries , salads, sandwiches, soups etc. Try the chicken bbq salad or the sierra turkey and trust me you will be hooked !! Even there pastries are to die for !

This place is great! Its got tasty food and pastries, friendly staff, and a warm environment. I can comfortably spend four hours there. And I cant wait to come back!
