I used to love starbucks, but ever since Ive been coming to the Somersville town center location, Ive had a big change of heart on favorites. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and let me first say the customer service is awful. The employees dont acknowledge the customers in line, nor are they polite when they do. They dont even say hello 99% of the time, which is downright rude. I see them great certain guests, but I dont seem to get the friendly attitude, which every guest deserves. The staff also talk about guests openly and have no filter on what they say out loud. I listen to one girl for 45 minutes complain and express her opinions very openly. They clearly dont enjoy being there. Today, no one even called out my drink. I personally value customer service, and I have to say, I prefer McDonalds any day. The staff are for the most part pleasant, the prices are better, the wait is way shorter as well...Extra for caramel? Come on, at least McDonalds doesnt charge extra. Starbucks is very overpriced, and the drinks are no where near as good here either. If they were as focused on working as they were chatting with each other, it might be worth the extra dollar. Im not sure if its just this location or not, but it needs improvement. I only go to this location if I have too. If I could give no star I would. If your a Starbucks drinker, avoid this location.

I come to Starbucks (Somersville Town Center only) 3 times a day and they are amazing I absolutely positively love each and every employee Brenden, Jermey, Dani, Martha, Tony, Cindy, Scooter and the list goes on.... they are all so so so amazing. Best customer service ever. Store is always clean. Outside is always clean theres seating inside and out and its always clean and ready for us coffee ☕ lovers. For anyone that ever has a problem with there drink speak up theyve Ill fix it. Ive been coming here so long I learnt that they do alot alot of training so if a new person messed your drink up say something they wont mind and it teaches that person in training. Thanks you starbucks on Somersville and delta fair for being the best and always making me and my kiddos smile♡ We have since moved to Stockton .CA and have not found a store that comes close to this Starbucks but everytime we are in town 2 to 3 times a week we have to stope by. Byfar the best star bucks ever.

I keep come back because its close to my house. It is one staff members that is nice. She is an older women, short hair and gold glasses. She remembers my name and always has a smile on her face. The others are not friendly at all. Robert, I always seem to go when he is working. He has never been friendly, I have seen him be friendly to other customers. Not cool. Im in the business as well, but damn.. You have to treat every customer the same. Most people dont care about, excellent customer service. Me for one I do. And I make sure I do just that every day. You have no idea who you are talk to. And what may come out of that one interaction.

Customer service is terrible. No one seems to know the menu. Extremely inconsistent with the completion of orders. Ive been over charged several times because apparently its hard to make a double chocolate chip but easy to make a Java chip which have different prices. Apparently no one here knows they have black tea lemonade on the menu so its a constant battle ordering. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks in this area of town

Weekend spot for me. A decent amount of seating inside with some comfortable leather chairs, but they are always full. Wifi is slow and there is no outdoor seating, not that you would want to sit outside anyway as it sits on a fairly busy street. Drive-thru is ok, with 1 out of 6 orders will probably be wrong. Inside is much better.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. When going through the drive-thru we had to speak up to get our order taken. The person taking the orders is not friendly at all. I understand people have off days but if you are going to be the first person a customer encounters you shouldnt sound like you hate your job.

They gave me watered down coffee Normally I would not complain but it was just ridiculous how watered down it was. My husbands drink was the same. We asked to have the drinks remade and again watered down. Will not waist my time going to this starbucks ever again.

Both on google and on their window it states that they close at 10:00pm. However they just kicked everyone out at 9:00pm. They didnt even give the "closing soon" warning that other Starbucks give. It is like it is run by teenagers
