This was a disappointment to me. I love burgers and was excited to try Main Street Burgers. Everything about them looked good. First, the people working there while not unfriendly were not particularly welcoming either. I contrast that with Innout where they are generally outgoing or Mission Burgers where they clearly want your business. We ordered a bacon-blue cheese burger and a side street original with a 50/50 order of fries and onion rings. We took our buzzer and had a seat waiting for our order to be cooked. The wait was not too long but the food was disappointing. The first thing I noticed was that neither the fries nor onion rings were hot; they had clearly been sitting out quite a while. Cool onion rings and fries just arent right. The good news is that they were good enough to still be edible but the bad news is that they were not freshly cooked and hot. My bacon and blue was a major disappointment. My standard for that burger is Taylors Refresher where they make an excellent version. But Main Street served cold sauteed mushrooms, a creamy blue cheese dressing, not crumbled blue cheese, that overpowered and didnt blend with the other ingredients. The original was a basic good burger. No complaints but nothing special. I will not be going back.

Fabulous locally-sourced food, friendly attentive waitstaff, fun upbeat music, nice atmosphere. I had the $2 Tuesday sliders, a basket of onion rings and a double dark chocolate malt. The food was perfectly made and so delicious. I went early so it was not too busy. I had looked up their website before coming. When I walked in I was greeted by the man in the video, super friendly. Not an actor. Haha. As I ate my food I noticed all the cashiers greeted people immediately as they entered this bright sunny restaurant. Quick, friendly service, to go options. There was seating both inside and out, and several people chose to eat at the umbrella covered tables outside as it was a beautiful evening. All ages from young to old. Plenty food choices on the menu everything for either, carnivore, herbivore, vegetarian, Korean, Californian, spicy food, halal, kids menu, gluten free and they serve beer and wine. You can easily bring all your friends here and they can have exactly what they want to eat. Decent prices. Highly recommend, will come back again.

My friend and I want our money back. We Door Dashed Main Street Burgers yesterday (07/26/17)- received our food around 4:50PM, everything was still warm and we ordered different burgers while another person got the veggie burger. The two of us that had the beef burgers got food poisoning from this place!!!! The person with the veggie burger did not get sick (of course not... no meat). I have no idea what you guys did to the burgers but we were terribly sick afterwards and into today!!! Its a shame too; we had heard so many good things about this place. Now, all we can say is we got food poisoning from this place.

Three things: 1) Half way through my burger, MOLD! I was later told it was blue cheeese, doubt it, Ive been a cook for numerous years and know the difference 2) Not only do they not offer pick up anymore, but I was told I was "wrong" by the guy in the glasses with the east European accent. I brought this up a second time with a second staff member and they were surprised, not at the attitude but the lack of offering. 3) Attempts to correct were lack luster, yes reimbursement as expected, but the blue cheese theory, seriously, do you think Im stupid?

Main Street Burger is the best burger place in Willow Glen/San Jose. You cant beat the prices for the quality of food you get. Their meat is delivered fresh a local supplier, their bread is baked and delivered daily from a local baker and all of their signature sauces and made in house. High quality food for prices that dont break the bank. The Counter pales in comparison to Main Street Burger. Next time youre hungry for a burger you should stop by and give it a try!

We ordered the standard and the Blue Cheese & Bacon burger and some truffle tots. The burgers were pretty good but the patty for the standard burger was a little bit over-charred and burnt on a corner. The blue cheese was very flavorful and the bacon was very crispy. Unfortunately, I cant recommend the truffle tots, they are a little pricey but didnt have much of the truffle taste. I think the non-truffle tater tots would have been a better choice.

Lovely food, great venue, good value. better than Stumpys just down the road. Its a new addition to Lincoln Ave in Willow Glen and a welcome one. One up from just a burger joint, eg InnOut - you can get a quality beer, lovely sundaes, and generous quantities of real garlic on the fries. And the custom mix soda machine is a big win with the kids. Gluten free not a problem. Sure, it gets busy at peak times, but thats because its a good joint.

This would be a 5 star if their burger rewards program made sense. make the burgers the same as your shake rewards, one shake = one stamp, but with the burger it is one stamp per visit... Both times I went there we ordered 3 burger minimum and would already be more than halfway to redeeming the burger rewards. Id rather you didnt even have it if it is going to be so backwards that the rewards never are achievable without staunch dedication.

These burgers are seriously good. You can have a custom made, delicious burger for under $10. That may seem like a rip off if youve just moved to California, but for long-time residents, youll know a great burger for under $10 is hard to find. When you go order fries to share. They arent the best fries Ive had (thats probably chick filet), but they complement the burger pretty well.

Nice clean little burger joint, with modern upbeat urban music and friendly staff. They even have three TVs pumping in sports that are on the moment. One of the cooks said they had been in business for 2 months. Seemed a little pricey. $15.34 gets u a medium sized Mushroom Burger, Idaho shoe string fries and a fountain soda. I give the food an 8.5 out of 10.

The burgers are great and the customer service is pretty good as well. Really a solid choice to stop by for a burger. Parking is a bit of a hassle as there is only street parking and a small lot behind it.

This place is a favorite for my group of friends. They have tons of options and its affordable enough, but dont go for any atmosphere. Willow Glen has plenty of that though. Eat here and go for a stroll.

Great spot for burgers, shakes, and sides. Would like to have given it 4.5 stars. I have had better burgers, but the truffle Tater Tots were just about perfect. Definitely a good stop when in Willow Glen

Solid burger spot in Willow Glen. Good quick service, and a well put together burger. Nothing extraordinary, but a good dinner spot to bring the family. Have deals when there are pro sports playing.
