We actually like Red Robin but this particular visit at this location was a total disappointment. And we didnt even stay long enough to eat the food. My wife and I had a craving for their Freckled lemonade and their Onion Rings. We walked in with our 8mo old daughter in her car seat from the cold to a nearly empty restaurant as it was 10pm (closes at 11pm). The host greeted us and was going to seat us at a table BUT a server told him to wait while that person finished what he was doing. So we waited. And waited for over 10 minutes! Didnt tell us why... or sorry for the wait or even try and apologize. Its not like they were busy or didnt have tables available. There were empty tables throughout the restaurant. Before anyone tries to tell me they may have not had an area open... or maybe the server wasnt ready... BS! Two people with a baby walk in from the cold and you let us just stand there for over 10 minutes while we see empty tables everywhere? Seat us! I would have been fine waiting at a table instead of standing and waiting while looking at all the empty tables. So we left and went to TGIF where they seated us promptly. I will be calling in the morning and maybe email their corporate office and let them know the people working would rather let customers walk out than seat them.

8 years ago this was my families go-to place. Id have rated it a 4 or 5 (4.5 had any of the rating services allowed it), but now I question whether I want to go again. Its one of those places where you want to try again in hopes that its returning to its old glory but it just seems to keep sliding down hill. In our last few visits weve been forgotten at the front desk (and seen others be forgotten as well), weve received cold food, had appetizers delivered after the main course (even though they were ordered before and separately), had drinks ignored, and have had things forgotten entirely. Our last visit we every class on the table (water and sodas) emptied for over five minutes with servers walking past (including our server) and we finally had to wave someone down, and even then they forgot one of the drinks. The only reason they have two stars instead of one is the food is consistently good when its delivered warm (and not its been under the heat lamp for the last 15 minutes warm") All in all I say dont go, there are better places around with comparable prices and the same wait but better service and better food.

We have been here a number of times and usually have a good experience. Their menu is mostly about the burgers and fries but they have a few other things as well. If you are in the mood for a burger however this is a great place to be and they have a pretty wide selection of burger choices. Some of them are pretty unique and they are all fancy. The one I had last night had candied bacon on it. You heard me right. Not just bacon... Candied bacon. I also quite enjoyed my booze shakes. They have a number of shakes infused with alcohol. Winning. We sat at the bar and had a great bartender who was attentive and enthusiastic. Unlimited steak fries is neat but it definitely means you walk out uncomfortably full.

Needs new manager ASAP. Wait to be seated for over 45 minutes because theres not enough servers and theres entire empty sections waiting for people to sit in them. You would think any moron would know to have a full staff on the busiest times of the weekend. The bathrooms were atrocious and needed attention. The hostess was Surly and rude. The manager was ridiculous. This is the worst Red Robin experience I have ever had in 25 years of eating at Red Robins. Corporate should do something now.

This is one of the best burger joints around. Ive been going to Red Robin for years and they are always consistent. I love their teriyaki burger. Their whiskey river is another fav... and also their five alarm burger is really really good. Its not a place to go to get a fancy schmancy meal but if youre looking for good eats and something quick, this is your place. Its a great place for kids but its also easy to deal with if you dont have kids.

The chicken tortilla soup was great but not enough. What they call a cup or bowl isnt what I call a cup or bowl? We were 3. The so called endless fries was a joke! By the time you get your fried youre already done eating your burger? By then your not hungry anymore! Its a joke! Im not going back there. Service was very slow? Im not impressed by this place. To tell you the truth! I dont know how the doors stay open?

Did to-go. Asked for extra pesto and the person on the phone said okay. When i went to pick up my order, then they let me know they dont even make it anymore! The bruschetta chicken with pesto was my favoite! Its just not the same! Bit I wouldnt have even ordered it if they had let me know this in the first place. The food was ready when I got there. Not that many fries came with the to-go order.

I mostly get to-go burger from this place and my burgers have been really great. I went in for lunch with my team last week and the service was really bad. It took well over an hours to get our orders. Out of 6 orders we got 3 orders wrong. Plus the waiter didnt seem apologetic about mixups or being late. Needless to say I am looking for a new burger place now.

Went around 12:00 on Saturday. Red robin is usually amazing but this one was not up to par. Duct taped seats, bad service, and slow on the food. Little stuff like sauce took our waiter forever to get. Food and drinks werent on point. They were out of some menu items. Forks were dirty. Was not a great experience..

Its been about a year since the last time I went here. The youngest really likes the menu, as does my wife. Im "mixed" on it because the price/performance on the burgers isnt great. But I like the mixed drinks. Service can be slow, and if you do take out always double-check the order before you leave.

It was one of the worst expeirences - It almost took 2 hours for lunch. My burger was burnt, the chicken was pink and some others never got their dipping sauce or soda. The waitress was horrible, I understand it gets busy but she wasnt moving with any sense of urgency. Wont visit this one again

Food ok - for what if is - restaurant now looking tired - especially seating in the booths which are now often duct taped or have gaping wounds. The healthy alternatives are lackluster - The use of the on-table gaming terminals has resulted in the staff bring less attentive if you dont use them.

This store is the worst Ive ever been to. So many things me and friends have gotten sick after eating at this one. Every other Red Robin Ive been to has been delicious . This store needs to be reported to the health company.
