Terrible customer service and an attitude galore! The cashier refused to take a valid coupon from my smartphone and was very rude about it. He got annoyed when I asked about the drink that came with my meal (hello - get a different job...) and ranted you have to pay for soda not paying attention to the order I just made that included the drink already. After I finally was able to get my order through I came back for water cups while I wait. This guy went out of his way to stop his college from helping me and accused me of using water cups for soda. I asked to see the manager and took her to my table to show her there were no water cups filled with soda. The manager apologized but my dinner with my kids was ruined at this point. Maybe they should change the name to Smash-Your-Appetite-and-Take-Your-Money-Too

Horrible service. The cashier Alyssa was extremely rude and rolled her eyes becuase I changed my order so God forbid I make her push an additional 10 buttons to change it. I had to ask her if there was a problem just so she can get her attitude in check and her response was "ugh its fine, i can do it." The kid who brought the food to our table, Kidra, practically threw it. Then stood there awkwardly when I looked at him asking where the fries were that I had ordered. Overall it was a horrible experience. Ive been to Smashburger twice and my first visit was at a different location which I loved, coming here was a huge disappointment. I wont be coming back.

Let me start out by saying that I love Smashburger as a burger chain. This location is the worst Smashburger in the Bay Area. Not every Smashburger can be the worst, but hands down, this one is. Matter of fact, if they tried any harder to be the worst, they would then become the best. They could then no longer claim to be the worst. However, this is not the case. They wont even work that hard to become the best at being the worst. That truly makes this Smashburger THE worst.

On yesterday night I to go to smash burger cause I really wanted to try it So this is what I order I order a bacon cheese burger a regular size with no pickles,onions and a regular size Oreo milkshake with no whipped cream and it actually very good so I would like to rate the bacon cheese burger with no pickles and onions 30-30 the oreo/regular milkshake with no whipped cream an 30 out of 30 very good combination and good foods.

Buffalo hamburger and buffalo fries - surprisingly, just the right amount of spice for both the burger and fries. When I went there, their POS was down and had to write do math all by hand! I was impressed with the cashier who did it with precision and a smile. I was however just a tad disappointed with my food as it was on the cold side. It wasnt freezing, it just felt like they could have called my number sooner.

Ive been to these places out east. They make a quality burger that allows for you to modify it just about any way you would want. Their hidden secret are their phenomenal signature milkshakes. I knocked off a star because the mall location doesnt provide any eating trays on the food court. What the heck?....

These are decent burgers, but there are better burgers out there for a better value. I’m not a fan of their fries, which are essentially very thin stick fries. And the different seasonings they offer don’t really help. But if I happen to be in Westgate mall and hungry, this would be a solid option.

Food was excellent. Very tasty and great quality. I like the fact that it wasnt too much proportionally. Only gripe is that they need more cashiers. The line was very long to order, but the food came out extremely quick which made up for the wait. This is going to be a regular place for us.

Best fast-food burger! Real made to order shakes are amazing! Thin fries. Pretty friendly staff, deliver food to your table. Very nice seating with high chairs and booster seats available. Outdoor seating available. Some alcohol available. Not too busy yet.

Service was okay, not bad but not great. However, the food was not good. The haystack onions were gross and the petal sauce is absolutely disgusting. My chicken sandwich thing was mediocre. Everything was so greasy. Probably wont be going back again.

I was holding out my phone with BOGO coupon on screen. After picked out choices and showing, I was told they are not participating. Anyway too late to back out. We set down, the table was dirty. Burger "big was good but not big.

Really nice fries (sweet potato smash fries) but the burger was a little messy. Drippy and greasy but certainly delicious. Staff was kind of intense trying to take the orders but over all it was grand.

Cant say I love this place. The food is extremely greasy to the point it drips out of the burger. I understand that a burger and fry is going to be greasy to a degree, but Smashburger surpasses this.

Its an okie dokie place when it comes to veggie burgers, the whole burger kinda left a bitter aftertaste and the haystack onions I added were greasy & not so crunchy. The price is decent though.

All their food tastes really good - burgers, salads, chicken strips. The staff is also very friendly. It tends to get busy (~10 minute line) during peak times but its well worth the wait.

Slow slow service. I had come to quickly get fries to go and it had been about 15 minutes of waiting. I saw some staff members just talking and barely working. Simply a waste of time.

Okay, nothing too special about the food. The wait to order food was so long it could be compared to US immigration lines at airports. Would recommend Habit Burger instead of here.

You order online for pick up at 7pm and when you come they tell you that you will wait extra 10-15 minutes. So dont order online you are just loosing your time. P.S. service sucks
