Coffee isnt great, this is certainly no artisan shop (in an area filled with them), but it looks nice and will do the job if you order sugary stuff. Decor is a little too "house wife" tacky for my tastes. Bad, overused fonts of all sorts of varieties everywhere - but thats my inner graphic designer talking. Their food is pretty decent, though expensive considering a lot of it is clearly ingredients/bread/etc sourced from the grocery store. The sweets are hit and miss. Croissants arent the real deal, closer to the "crescent" roll stuff you get a Starbucks. I enjoyed some of the danishes when I tried them. The biggest thing going for this place is the lack of competition in the area for a simple cafe that serves food, and I like the size. They also have good service, plus if you order a sandwich you do get a small treat plus a salad, so its not a terrible value.

Hannah is one of my go-to place for cute latte arts and pretty cupcakes! The staff is quite friendly and didnt mind that I requested a Totoro art for my latte. Depending on how busy they are they sometimes dont do request from what I remember. They also run out of their signature cupcakes later in the day so definitely drop by early! In terms of drinks and food, I enjoyed their: - Chai latte (Im obsessed with chai) - Salted caramel latte - Iced hazelnut latte (such a great drink when its warm outside) - Turkey avocado egg sandwich (healthy and delicious) - Banana nutella cupcake - Red velvet cupcake This place is small but it has a cozy aspect with cute quotes surrounding the room. The only thing I probably didnt like was their smoked salmon with egg croissant; it was just too salty for me.

I have been a frequent visitor here ever since we moved here several months ago. My husband and I both enjoy coming here for breakfast. Their sandwiches and drinks are delicious. I love their cupcakes. Possibly too much. We had Hannah create our baby shower cake and it was not only beautiful but equally tasty. The staff are always positive and friendly. I love how they have dog biscuits and seating for my furry friend. Its a great community asset.

The service was very poor. When I tried ordering my drink the person looked at me so I naturally thought I had her attention. As I started to give my order she started a conversation with the Barista then asked me what I would like to order. The Barista filled the to go cup and when putting the cover on the drink spilled on the sides of the cup. Very messy no attention to detail. Now I now why there wasnt many people there. I wont be going back.

Greatest place ever. The desserts, pastries, and breakfast/lunch food are amazing and you usually get a mini cupcake with your lunch order. Small, but great atmosphere. Definitely sucks when its packed but I still make it work. Latte art in the drinks you order for here, theyre beautiful!! I dont really drink coffee but every time Im here I definitely order some kind of latte! If youre ever in San Jose this is a spot to go too!

Lov e this place, owner is a professional pastry chef and all the locals know to get there early to before the good stuff disapears. My go to place to grab coffee AND a pastry in the morning. Great sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, dog friendly and just a cool place to hang. staff always warm, great vibe and not corporate in anyway. Support local, expand your waistline, stop and watch a train go by. Cheers

Bought a pecan pie yesterday from Hannah coffee and sweets and the service was great! She even saw that I came in with my son and gave us two free samples of what the pie will taste like for today. When we tried the samples, the pie just melted in your mouth and the pecans were the perfect kind of crunch! This is definitely going to be our go to pie place for future holidays like this Thanksgiving!

The ambiance is quite nice, and the coffee (I ordered a cappuccino) is very good. Not the best in San Jose, but still very much worth checking out. The staff is very pleasant, and the latte art is quite honestly the best Ive seen around town (the barista "drew" me a dragon). Quite a small shop, so Id recommend not coming during peak times.

This is undeniably a super cute shop. The staff is great. Buttttt it was just ok. My coffee was ok, and it took FOREVER to make. Seriously like 15 minutes. My breakfast sandwich was just ok. It tasted fine but not worth the $7. The red velvet cupcake was ok. Ive had better. It was very soft. I wont go back... Sadly....

What a great find! This is probably one of the best coffees in San Jose. If you want slow drip coffee, this is the place! It reminds of the coffee places in San Jose like Hannah Coffee & Sweets. Its a small place and can get packed. Its worth it though. Grab an olive oil pound cake to go with the coffee.

I come here very often and its great. The staff is awesome, the food is awesome, there are usually dogs around and there is always space to park closeby (unless theres a game going on in the SAP center, then youre ****ed)

I cannot resist the croissants here. So effing delicious and flakey. Good coffee and despite its small size theyre welcoming to young kids, even stocking a few childrens books for entertainment while drinks are being made.

Good coffee and baked goods with some cool coffee art to top it off. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is cozy though a bit limited if its busy. The baristas were very friendly.

Love the assortment of drinks and pastries. The spacious coffee shop has this neighborhood is adorable! I could definitely come back each week just to get away from the Starbucks and Coffee Beans.

Adorable latte art (bears and lions!). Great sandwiches (you can add a runny fried egg) that come with a small mini cupcake and potato chips. Not much indoor seating, good outdoor seating.

This place reminds me of Berlin, Germany so much! The interior decor and the outdoor seating concept is so European. The workers are very friendly and genuine. I love their breva latte ♥️

The BEST coffee shop in the Diridon/SAP Center area. Cute mocha art, great food options, delicious pastries, friendly service. Plus, Hannah makes _amazing_ special order custom cakes.

Its a great little corner coffee shop with homemade baked goods. Everyone including Hannah herself is super-friendly. It doesnt have the stuffy feel of more mainstream coffee shops.

Ice blended coffee was decent. Had plenty of other things that looked really good though that I didnt get to try. Will definitely be coming back to try other things here.

Attentive to customer service. They even learn your name and use it! Well done baked goods. Satisfying but not thrilling sandwiches and smoothies. Decent coffee drinks.

I worked in a small bakery for 10 years, so I have much appreciation. This place is like a well oiled machine, putting out wonderful food and drinks with class.
