I went Sunday after 7pm. this place is not a big place. maybe 10 tables. it was almost packed but maybe I came good time in a day. right away, seated and ordered in 2 mins. I ordered tataki (seared white tuna) and asari (clam with soy based broth) tataki came on hot plate which I havent seen it served that way before. they put crispy rice between and source they put taste really good. not sure if white tuna is super fresh since tataki is supposed to be seared but taste good! asari ramen was delicious too. soup taste light. not too oily like tonkotsu. not no-taste like shio. just about right. lots of clams on top. usually these kinda thing, its hide and seek. you really need to find clams underneath off noodle or hiding under seaweed but here its carpet of clams. you see them there surely. only one thing, made me waaat? is noodle. I know there are many ramen noodle types and this one is good with miso broth kinda thing but what I found in my asari ramen was spaghetti. well, it wasnt pasta but I saw spaghetti in my ramen. I tasted spaghetti in my ramen. I had spaghetti with chopsticks. it was almost they are closing but the server wasnt pushy like "eat-leave-dont-review-us-here-but-5-stars-please." she was nice (but seemed wanna get off work right now.) I definitely come back there. it was delicious!

Perhaps it was just bad timing and too high of expectations, but I came here and had a less than mediocre experience. Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm by myself with no lines and no wait. Having heard that the fusion ramen was amazing, and seeing as the weather was a drizzly, I was more than ecstatic to try this place. Unfortunately, according to the staff, they ran out of many if the seafood and their shipment had not arrived yet, so there were no oysters, no uni, and no crab or lobster for the lobster tail and crab leg ramen. After all of my top choices were shot down, I opted for the Wasabi Chirashi, made tempting by their facebook cover photo. Unfortunately, since there was a lack of seafood, my chirashi had a few missing ingredients. The fish didnt seem too fresh, but by this point, my tummy was too hungry to argue with my brain. About half way through my meal, the kind waitress remembered she didnt serve me any tea or water, even though the place didnt get any busier after I had arrived. Overall, meal was mediocre, though my disappointment may be heavily biased on my eagerness to try the ramen here... Ill give this place another try perhaps, though probably not anytime in the near future.

I had the "Jaeger" ramen which is tonkotsu broth with spicy garlic sauce, curry sauce-covered vegetables, tempura-fried eggs, finely-chopped fried potatoes, and sauce-covered lamb skewers. Really eclectic ramen. Full of many different flavors presented in a flashy way. Noodles in the ramen were pretty good. Worth it for the unusual experience of eating it compared to other ramens. Not the kind of ramen if you want a more "pure" ramen experience where its just the basics done very well. Its over the top without any apologies. Loved how unique it was but the multitude of powerful flavors makes it something Id only want every once in a while.

I am kind of over the ramen craze, but this place was actually surprisingly good. I got the Kaiju ramen, which was very flavorful. The tortilla chips seemed pretty strange, but I ended up being glad that there was some crunchy texture added to the bowl. I like spicy food, but this one was a bit too spicy. I felt like I was coughing during half the meal. All in all, a good meal, and I would come back and try something different!

Not a fan of this place. I ordered the coconut ramen and there wasnt a trace of coconut or coconut flavor whatsoever. I was so bummed. It was basically just miso soup with noodles and some unseasoned chicken. Im not one to leave anything on my plate, so I did finish it (with considerable soy sauce and Sriracha added). $50 later... left full, but unsatisfied.

This place has some of my favorite ramen in the city. Ive been here several times and can only speak for their ramen (havent tried anything else on the menu). It has been hit or miss for if theres a wait but service is generally pretty fast. Would recommend their $11-14 ramen choices over the more expensive ones

We lived right up the street from this place when it opened and got to enjoy it for years. The food is delicious and the staff is very nice. One of our all time favorites. Our last meal in the city before moving was Kaiju and we will visit whenever we come back. The Karage Ramen is one of a kind.

Not your typical ramen. Most of the items are spicy by default, but you can ask for a non spicy version. Fairly expensive ramen, but thats pretty normal for specialty ramen. Lots of choices to pick from, even a vegetarian option. I would come back just to try the other unique ramen.

A small place and a bit busy for weekday lunch. A little pricey for what it was. The spicy karaage had some giant pieces of chicken, but it didnt have the traditional japanese flavour. The broth was a bit salty. I assume this is a fusion spot. Service was understaffed for lunch.

I had the vegetarian ramen and thought it was delicious and flavorful. I dont love super spicy food, but I thought this had a good amount and wasnt bland. I went for lunch and we were seated right away (2 people) and food was brought out within 10 minutes (we both had ramen).

Gluten free options on the Ramen: you can choose from Miso Tofu (spicy), Coconut Chicken (mild), or one other option, with either buckwheat or yam noodles. I had Miso Tofu with buckwheat and it was delicious. First time Ive ever had Ramen, would definitely go again!!

Seriously though, go here. Since Ive brought my girlfriend here she wants to go almost every night. The spicy Kobe Ramen at the top of the menu is awesome and just the right amount of spicy for my taste! My girlfriend likes that one made non-spicy and the K.O.

amazing ramen, but watch out, they have a limited amount of food per day. Went there one day and said they would run out by the time i sat down (it was about 7pm when I went) the appetizers are AMAZING too

Wonderful japanese ramen. The seafood ramen contains tons of crab, mussels and clams. the K.O. is Excellent for me lover. The grilled octopus is very chewy. Definitely recommend this one for ramen lover.

The flavor was good and they gave so much meat that I couldnt finish everything! Really really great! Plus there was no line and the price was reasonable with fast service

Highly westernized/modernized version of ramen. Flavorful, but a bit salty, which overwhelmed the underlying complex flavors of the broth.
