I love ice cream, but I love good quality ice cream. For the price you pay, its very mediocre. I got the ice cream with brownie bites in it and it wasnt what I expected. The sample taste they gave me was really good, but the ice cream had some frost bite in it and the brownie wasnt cakey and chewy like I expected. The flavor of ice cream was just whatever. Nothing spectacular. I got a chocolate dipped cone as well and the cone was bland and didnt have that fresh waffle cone taste and the chocolate was whatever and the sprinkles tasted like chalk. Overall, save your money and go to some other bougie ice cream place in SF.

I wasnt to happy about the price i had to pay just for a shake. I dont understand how a shake could cost $10 it wasnt even that good. In my opinion the company knows that amount is way over priced because they had the nerve to give me a "free" bottled water it wasnt free to begin with because they over charged for the shake. At other locations the shake is just $5 dollars which is reasonable.

Haagen Dazs has been advertising for a free icecream day today from 4 to 8.. passed by westfiled they havent opened and a girl that works there just told people who were lining up in front of the resturant " we are not openning today! go home or something" very rude !!!
