We have been going to Baskin Robbins in Sonoma for years. Tonight we had the WORST service I had ever experienced in a food service establishment. The young lady that helped us was completely rude, did not understand our order, forgot to give us part of our order (she also messed up the mans order in front of us). She also told everyone in line that she was on overtime (one guy in line replied to her "Ive been at work simce 2 this morning and would like to get home). She also argued with me about the size of cup that a triple scoop goes in (have been getting that size since before this young lady was born) Also, the place was filthy. Part of food service is to keep the place clean, where you feel comfortable eating food. At least the ice cream was good. Hopefully this establishment gets its act together or it will loose alot of business

1 star for being closed early LIKE EVERY NIGHT. You say youre open until 10 but countless times youve been closed before 9:30. Not cool!!!! On a hot summer night??! Lame!
