As a vegetarian, Im used to only being able to choose from 5% of most restaurant menus. At Enjoy Vegetarian, I had 4 pages of amazing-sounding dishes to choose from, and I can honestly say I would have gladly eaten any of the 20-30 pictured dishes. Ultimately I decided on the dumplings, the dry tofu and celery, and the cuttlefish and vegetables, all of which were delicious. Although Im not usually a fan of faux/mock meat, both the mock ham and the mock cuttlefish were good additions to their respective dishes. The dishes themselves were not too heavy on the oil (which can be problematic at some Chinese restaurants); the vegetables were cooked perfectly (slightly softened, but not chewy); and the flavors worked well together. All told, Enjoy Vegetarian is a great option, even in the foodie paradise that is SF.

As a vegetarian, I was never really a fan of Chinese cuisine... Until I came to Enjoy. I discovered it a month ago and have been back 4 times! The menu is huge and full of hearty, healthy, and well-sized portions of Chinese food. The staff is kind and helpful and despite it being a small space, Ive never found trouble getting seating. My personal favorite items are the Lamb Curry, the Braised Spareribs, and the Spicy Mongolian Beef. They all go well with the Spinach and Pine nut rice (or the standard brown rice). Highly recommend going with a group to try a variety of dishes. You just cant go wrong with this place!

Was driving from Twin Peaks to Lands End and stopped here for lunch per google reviews. I was with my dad who hates Chinese food but I managed to convince him by showing him that it was 100% vegetarian. The place is small but very cozy, just how I like it. You get jasmine tea complimentary. The food was outstanding. My dad got the spicy thai style curry and I got the vegetable fried rice and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were average, but the rice and curry were yummy. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. Everything on the menu is vegetarian!!

Excellent vegetarian buddhist restaurant. Friendly service. Local vibe. Most, but not all of the dishes simulate regular meat dishes - for example the Taro Sesame Veggie "Chicken". They taste great, are 100% vegetarian, yet if you like your veggie dishes to remind you of meat - they do. The chicken dishes even have more "white meat" like parts and "dark meat" like parts. How do they do it? We have no idea, but we enjoy eating here and do so regularly for the last 9 years or so.

Im very amazed by their customer service. My friends and I decided to come here one Saturday because Im a vegetarian and we had to wait maybe 30-45 minutes for a table. Once we got a table, a waitress came to offer us vegetarian fried chicken for the wait. I definitely wasnt expecting that from a Chinese restaurant. The food was great and the employees were very nice. I would definitely come here again because of their great service!

Another yelp let down!!! I guess just putting some vegetables in a plate and calling it vegetarian is good enough for u people here. For the price this place charges and plus the good reviews, you would think itll be decent. For the people who gave this place a good rating, you guys Suck Monkey Balls!!!! Three words that sums up this place: Horrible, Terrible, Expensive!!! You still want to come? Its on you fools!!

It started well: long list of attractive menu options, so long that making a choice is a bit tricky. You basically take the traditional common Chinese dishes and adapt them to 100% veggie variations. Food itself was however rather disappointing: great ingredients, we enjoyed the veggie-only effort, but the end result was quite bland. OK place, friendly service, but nothing that special.

I bumped into this place by accident. Food is awesome. They dont use onions and garlic which for some people is great. You would be surprised how food can be so tasty even without onions and garlic. Overall I love the place. I recommend this place. Try it out and then be a judge for yourself.

This is a casual vegetarian restaurant in the Inner Sunset. The staff is always very kind and accommodating to my young children. The food is good and prices are reasonable. I recommend the fake chicken - it looks like chicken, tastes like chicken, and even has the right texture.

I love coming here. Delicious vegetarian food. Highly recommend the shark fin soup and spare ribs. Its close to a Muni stop. Not a ton of seating, but Ive never had a problem getting a table. They also accept credit cards.

My favourite veggie Chinese place, especially this location. I am omnivorous, but they have veggie versions of some things that I like better than the "originals"

Reasonably priced, delicious veggie food that satisfies meat-eaters and veg*ns alike. The fried tofu with chili and salt is especially tasty.

Fabulous fake meat! Food prepared like what the Chinese monks do, no onions or garlic. The way I have to eat it, due to allergies.
