I cannot recommend Bistro Baffi enough. A hidden gem. A diamond in the rough. Randomly found this place to take a Client for dinner. It is absolutely incredible. You might be thrown off a little bit by the neighborhood, but trust me, this place is WORTH IT. Its a small little hole in the wall, and the decorations are very quaint. The food is out of this world. The house made bruschetta tastes exactly like that... house made. Amazing and fresh toppings. The spicy pink sauce is PERFECT. Just the right amount of spice. Perfect flavor. The house-made tiramisu is incredible, and I dont even like tiramisu! I brought my wife back for a date night because I was so impressed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The house wines are great. The Owner/Chef is quite the character and completes the whole experience.

I recently dined at Bistro Baffi with three of my women friends. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food tasted and smelled good but unfortunately 3 of the 4 of us became very ill with food-poisoning symptoms a few hours after dining there. The three of us that experienced this ate fish (salmon, salmon risotto and halibut). The one that did not get sick had a vegetarian pasta dish. Three of us were together before dinner and ate nothing. The fourth was not with us but did not eat before dinner. She got sick along with two of the three that were together before dinner. Unfortunately, that points to the dinner as the culprit... I am sure that this must have been an isolated incident as the restaurant owner assured us he uses only the freshest ingredients and follows stringent health procedures....

This was one of our best Seattle dining experiences ever. (The 4 of us have eaten in many countries on many continents...) The food at Bistro Baffi is artfully prepared with great attention to fine flavors and careful combinations. Excellent wine is available. The ambience is warm and comfortable - and with a bit of fun. There is almost a performance quality to the presentation of menu options (many!!), this from the effervescent enthusiasm of the owner. Our evening at Bistro Baffi was so terrific we could hardly leave. I look forward to returning someday. This place is a gem and Burien is lucky indeed to enjoy this hidden treasure.

Weve been here several times now and have loved it everytime. Dishes have been consistently outstanding, service is always friendly, and the owner is a pretty charismatic fellow (in addition to superb chef). The spicy pink sauce is a signature part of his menu; make sure you get something that includes it even if its simply the pasta side. The place looks pretty unassuming from the outside but inside its to date the best Italian restaurant Ive found since moving to WA five years ago.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Bistro Baffi Saturday night! I had heard a lot of good things about this restaurant and the owner/chef Mr. Michael Vujovich - so I had to try this restaurant. We had a very special evening to the say the least. The food, atmosphere, service - all were great! The chef owner Michael Vujovich a very warm and caring man he Treats everyone like family. Try Bistro Baffi - I believe you will thoroughly enjoy - like we did!!

Excellent food, wonderfully attentive servers, and a Chef who cares and adds that personal touch. Ive eaten here many times and had a diverse selection from his menu which changes with the seasons and what is available fresh. Not once have I been disappointed, quite the contrary, always delighted! Dont forget to order dessert, you might have trouble walking to your car but your taste buds and tummy will be happy.

We only found out about the outstanding Bistro because of "mystery dinner" and had to check it out. I have to say the food, wine and service were outstanding. The location is a bit out of the way in a strip mall but once you are inside you would never know. We enjoyed our first experience so much we are going back again and this time inviting friends.

I saw this on Mystery Diners. Frankly, as a retired law enforcement officer, I have to wonder how they could record somebodys voice without their consent. There are four exceptions to the law and I didnt see any of those exception unless there was a court order to do so. Ive asked Mystery Diners about this and am awaiting their reply.

I Was visiting Seattle and a friend told me about this place. The food lived up to the expectations, and the service was just as amazing. The server, Serena, said she was new, but you couldnt tell from her excellent service. The food made it well worth it and Serena made it a great experience.

I have eaten here many times and it is by far the best Italian Food I have eaten. The Chef is a del;right and he is hands on as if you were dining in his own home. The staff is wonderful and so is the ambiance, I cannot say enough good about this place...

Dont miss this treat if your in town. I was in town for work and was lucky enough to find it on my way back to the airport. Lobster risotto and caprice salad with fresh mozzarella were outstanding. Its about 5 minutes west of the airport, dont miss it.

The chicken marsala was a huge disappointment. Over cooked chicken, weird burnt marsala taste. Wait person not very attentive to my no dairy and no hot spice requirements. And then they wanted to charge for this horrible dish.

This place is a little hidden gem in Burien. The food and atmosphere was excellent. I was ready to be disappointed because I had just moved to the area and even in Seattle, sometimes a great meal is hard to find but I loved it.

Amazing food, great service. The prices are great for how good the food is. A really nice place and the owner is extremely friendly and seems genuinely happy to have you there. Great wine selection - even their house wines.

This is hands down the best Italian food in Seattle. Perhaps the US. Flavors pop and all entries are uniquely spiced according to Chef Michaels Montenegro roots. Much better than "normal" Italian. Expect to be impressed.

A hidden jewel in Seahurst with world-class cuisine. Add to that a hands-on chef with character - and a curly moustache - who may visit you at your table. The restaurant is small, so book early.

Always a joy to dine here! Attentive staff, glorious food. The last visit we had filet mignon wrapped in prosciutto, accompanied by the excellent house Chianti.
